    August 2018, before COVID, Exodus came to move my things within 2 miles to my new address. They knew where we were going and told me to go ahead to open the gates and that they would follow. 45 minutes later, they arrived and I asked them what happened. They said their truck broke down, and then they had to stop to get some gas...that was all BS. I did not unpack my things for about 1 year, because I was waiting on the apartment that I was going to originally get. They stacked my boxes so haphazardly in the rooms of my temporary/this apartment that I couldn't get into the rooms. When I moved to my permanent apartment, one year later, 3 doors down the hall, I discovered that there were alot of my things that had never been delivered by Exodus in August 2018. I notified the owner, and then went to court. He moved the court dates every time and I could not make them because of my work. He verbally offered me $500 to settle the case, which I did not want or take. My court filing was for over $12,000. I have never received ONE DIME, nor one red cent. What's a poor helpless defenseless 68-year-old Black Woman to do? I'm out of my personal property that I cannot afford to replace. Now that inflation has hit, I will never be able to replace my undelivered property. I'll never EVER forgive this moving company, which I have used for multiple moves over the course of 20 years...but NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again.

    **** is correct we have moved her many many times over the years. We have done an excellent job every time just like this time. She is claiming she is missing clothes worth over $12,000.00. Our guys did not take any clothes from her. Also, she neglected to mention she has hired on guys on the side for 2 days without mentioning to us. In essence, she stole from us. This was the 3rd time she did this and she told us she would never do this again but she did. Its hard for me to believe our guys took clothing from her with her track record. I wish **** the best.
