    ****** and *********. Five star service and customer support. Prompt, courteous, and attentive to detail. Our storage unit manager said they were one of the best seen. The move manager process was excellent, honest, and well done. We had a high confidence and success throughout the move.

    Green Planet LLC sent some guys out of their office in *********** to my home and they stole multiple high valuable items (PS5, rare sneakers, Sunglasses etc) Each item valued between $500-$1.5K. Service is not personal, youre dealing with brokers and brokers brokers. One of the worker ate marijauna edibles out of refrigerator. I caught him red handed and he said I thought u were throwing them out. They sent a truck that could not fit all of my items and I had to sell items at below discount because I sold my property and had to move. The most criminal of workers pure gang members walking around my house hiding items in the truck to steal once they offloaded my personal property. My household goods were shift between 4 moving companies , 4 different trucks and a storage. Filed and insurance claim that in very fine print says they pay by weight not value! Your $3000 TV only weighs 58lbs and they pay $.10 (cent) per pound! The amount of items stolen and broken tells me that this is routine business. One the delivery they two undocumented guys that dont speak English offloading my property. I called all agents, brokers, dispatchers and companies and everyone raised their hands like I dont have nothing to do with it. Steer clear of this company that seeks to do nothing but make profit without regard for you property and time. There is no customer support or assistance as these arent even real companies. Just two guys in a room with a computer sending random people to your house to do a job.

    Use them again!Unfortunately, we waited until the very last minute to contact and arrange the moving. Due to the proximity of our move, they were able to provide us with an accurate quote and fit us into their schedule with only a week's notice. The group would never be late. I have no reservations in suggesting them to others because of how helpful and informed they are. relocation that is very simple and trouble-free! THANK YOU

    Great, realible service! I had a week to move and stressed out about gettingbit done. This was the last business to answer and did an amazing job. They eased my mind and made me feel secure my stuff would get to my destination in one piece.. and they did!!! Thanks ***!
