5 starsAnthony ******** with Puma Van Lines made sure I was taken great care of. His quote picking up and dropping off my home goods was fair - no surprise fees at drop off. The crew that picked up my goods were professional and attentive to my fragile property. At drop/delivery, the crew had the same care and professionalism. No damage, no problems, nothing missing. The contract driver that actually dropped my goods off said Puma is a great company that stands by their word or he would not accept deliveries from them. Our move was from ***** to **** in June.
******* was our representative and did a fine job coordinating everything.
They pick up and delivered as promised.
We had some damage and it was taken care of with the assistance of Mr. ************
My only mistake was that I did not take out the additional insurance as suggested.
