    If you want a great moving experiencethese are the guys hand down!!! They took so much care in protecting everything that had to be moved! Efficient, knowledgeable, personable, and professional from the beginning to the end!

    I found Move Place to be very efficient when I moved. We found them to be professional and efficient, and the entire process went very smoothly. I would certainly recommend them.The Move Place was able to accommodate my schedule, and they were very flexible. The team also took excellent care of my belongings, which arrived at my new house in perfect condition. My experience with them could not have been better and I will definitely use them again. They are great!

    The Move ****** are just awesome. **** took apart the beds and our massive office desk then put everything back together as they were. They placed the furniture exactly were we asked. Thank you guys for making our move as pleasant as possible.-

    Truly some of the best customer service I've ever had - from scheduling, to delivery, the team was kind, professional, and reliable. Everything was wrapped and protected and they handled things with care.Highly recommended

    The very best move of our life time and we have moved quite often with The Move Place. Everything was perfect in every way and we felt like we were cared for and loved. They are amazing humans and we will always use them for our future moves for sure.

    I recently moved on July 1st. Prior to that I went through scheduling in which we discussed the sq ft of my home, amount of rooms etc to het a accurate quote. On day of my move the crew shows up 3 hours late and tells me all of my stuff wont fit on the truck and to talk to the manager Bobbie. I then call Bobbie who was very rude and unprofessional to tell him my concerns and that im being told my stuff wont fit, even though we discussed all of my items prior. He then tells me they sent the biggest truck (mind you I only had a 3 br 2 bath home, 2000 sq ft) and that i can oay for them to do 2 trips (which my new home was a hour away) or I can get a uhaul. I am 8 months pregnant and if I wanted to get a uhaul this is what I would have done to begin with. I then tell him this is nit fair that they came to my home un prepared and not equipped for my move. He then argues and talks loud to me and tells ne that no other moving company would be able to accommodate this move unless I was looking at Mayflower or a 500$ a hour moving co. He then asks how i would like this resolved and I tell him they can make two trios which is fine, however seeming I am oayong bu the hour, I shouldn't have to pay for this extra trip due to them being unprepared or even telling me up front that they might not be able to fit everything in one trip. He tells me thats not a option and he can just tells his guys to stop and take all my stuff off the truck that had been loaded thus far. After several arguments with Bobbie he then agrees to tAke 1.5 hours off total payment. The movers were great but the management is horrible and they are not prone to good customer service even when they are at fault.

    I am sorry Mrs. ******* felt that our 26 foot truck was too small. All non-franchised owners have the same size truck. It would have taken 2 trips with any other movers such as ALL My Sons, Black Tie, Eistein, etc. the same. We took off $300.00 for her. Her mom and her husband both called agreed. I am sorry we couldn't satisfy her. We wish her and her family the best.
