      They are horrible. They sent me to collections. When I called them they told me to shut up and then hung up on my wife. When we called another store the guy politely said that they made a mistake and had 2 different acounts on file. They then said they were going to reimburs3 me from the money that I have overpaid. Fast forward 15 minutes we start getting emails about ** owing money to collections. I tried calling corporate again and they just kept sending me to a voicemail box that was full. Look I want to know if I owe money or I don't owe money.

      The customer has been contacted by our Regional Manager. It is our understanding that this complaint has been resolved and the customer has agreed to "remove" his complaint.
