      I payed 450 Jun and July they come turn it off and take my meter and say they have tampering on my name cause gas was on and never was a work order I am a single mom Who is disabled And I have a disabled daughter it's been hard on us so for them to do this to us and make me pay again is unbelievable just because they have no work order they can do that but I have proof I have the work order on my email that's not fair that they can do this to me for there mistaken and have a tampering on me is so crazy and unreal I will not stop till I get heard from someone cause this is not right at all

      The customer's past due balance presented on the bill dated 4/6/22 was $1,088.47. The customer started an installment plan for the balance 4/7/22 for $108.84 down. She was to pay $192.64 by 4/21/22. She did not make that payment. The installment plan defaulted on 4/25/22. She was sent a termination notice 4/25/22. We show her gas was disconnected at 9:43am on 5/10/22. She called the call center on 6/6/22 and was advised she would need a payment for $450 to restore. She called back and made the payment and told agent she was in XXXXX County Rd. ***** not the main house. So the reconnection was inadvertently opened under ***** not her correct unit. But when the tech went out he turned on her correct meter. She received another bill on 6/6/22 for total due of $525.62 which included the reversal of the deposit now that the meter was turned off in the
      billing system still. Meter reader went out on 7/7/22 and 10 units had been used since 5/10/22. A tamper order was created on 7/14/22 since Atmos still showed it should be off in the billing system. She called back 7/14 and paid
      another $68 and the tech went back on site 7/15/22 to turn her back on. The customer has not been charged any tamper fee. Please call XXX-XXX-XXXX for any further questions.
