*****************, a flooring manufacturer, directed us to Peeks Flooring *** in Grapevine, **, one of many dba for Stacy & Associates, Inc. that also includes S&H Distributing, S&H Flooring, Dallas Flooring Warehouse, and ******* Flooring Warehouse. This dealer has repeatedly mis-applied the flooring materials at every stage in the project from surface prep to product installation as seen in attachment. The company president. ****** Stacy, sent her Director of Operations, ***** *****, to my home where he tried to convince my wife and I that the deviations from specification were immaterial. He refused to review the manufacturer's product installation instructions with me and told me that he did not care what ****** product technical support had to say. He shouted to me, "You don't know what the f*** you are talking about", in front of my wife. He also tried to charge us more to fix the failed installation. I have recordings of these interactions posted in my ******* channel, ************************************************. I have photos of the deviations at every stage. I have attached a list of current installation defects / deficiencies that void the product warranty offered by the manufacturer, *****************. ****** Product Technical Support has suggested that this company should not be trusted to handleMohawk products, given their performance and the statements made by the company's leadership. I have asked for the dealer to return the charges to my MasterCard / **** but has delayed doing so, forcing me to further document and pursue my claim. I have given this company multiple chances to make this right and they have demonstrated their inability and unwillingness to do so.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/28/2025

      Dear Better Business Bureau,
We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ********* complaint.
On March 21, 2025, Peeks Flooring Co. provided Mr. ******** with a release and settlement agreement, which fully addressed his concerns. As of today, March 28, 2025, he has not signed or returned the agreement. Despite this, both Peeks Flooring and the manufacturer have made good-faith efforts to resolve the matter to his satisfaction.
Throughout the project, Mr. ******** has been challenging and confrontational. On March 5, 2025, he requested a full refund along with an additional $12,345.67 in exchange for a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to not post his ******* recordings. I declined this outrageous demand, hence why the video has been posted.   Additionally, he has presented himself as an Esquire and used online platforms to exert pressure on our business.
We encourage a fair and reasonable resolution, and our offer remains open should Mr. ******** choose to proceed in good faith. However, without his cooperation in signing the agreed-upon settlement, we cannot move forward.
We stand by the quality of our work and the resolution we have proposed. Please let us know if any further information is required.
