    I had rented a pain relief pad/solution from Well-Being Reality after my daughter had been told about it from another friend of hers. My daughter was suffering from Stage 4 Colorectal cancer. When my daughter passed we returned the pad but were charged for an extra month that was not authorized. I reached out to the company to correct the situation whereby the representative from the company acknowledged receipt of the pad and that they had over-charged my account. They then informed me they would send a check to me to refund the amount over-charged. Upon receipt of the check I went to deposit the check when I was informed by mybank that the bank account against which the check had been written had been closed and was no longer valid. I again tried getting in touch with Well-Being Reality but was unable to contact anyone as the phone number listed no longer worked and all email attempts went unanswered

    I went on breeze mental health site and was just looking. It gave me the option for taking a test and it was something about not being charged to do the trauma program , but to pay as a Contribution. So I used my card and charged $2 as for that purpose on 8/5 I was charged $2. Then I saw my bank they charged me $29.99 as a **************** didnt want to be signed up . I have reached out more than once asking for a refund and I got 1 email back stating they would not give me a refund. It is very disappointing customer service because I do not know how they even charged me for a subscription when I dont recall ever wanting one. I would like a refund and I want my card number deleted and not used for any future subscriptions. I should note they also did not respond at all to my last email indicating to them that I was very dissatisfied with their response and it is unfair given Im not using any of their services.

    I went in to contract to get this equipment and service for 12 months. Intern they would provide frequency downloads to their equipment specifically to my issuses. I am suppose to log in and get analyzed with a pad on my wrist and from there they would send a personal frequency specific to me. I said all that to say i only got log in twice and that was only becuase a representative was on the phone with me. Thats In the span of nine months. I have called several time to get a return address for the equipment as of today they have not provided one. The only reason i heard from them is because i put the plan on my credIt card and they wanted to be connected to my bank account. So as of Janurary they have not been taking money out, but I would like a refund of $3,152, thats $788 a month for 4 months and a reurn address to send their equipment.

    IBEWARE! I was scammed $3152 from RoyalVibe/cellquicken. They were not paid half. My bank wont pay half which $1576 because they kept taking money out after I canceled l. I notified ******************* he said we have no recored s of the bank taking back the money. So I sent the bank documents from ***** Fargo highlighting the reversal of $1576. RoyalVibe.com/cellquicken went into hiding after sent the bank documents of the reversal of $1576. These people told me my tumor would be gone in 3 months wrong, it grew and grew they ignored me why I was dying hoping I would but I didnt Im here and I want the total refund $1576 ***************************

    On March 21, I spoke with **** from Wellness-Reality, aka- RoyalVibe. He assured me I would be healed from my advanced quamous cell skin cancer using their ultrasound program, and he assured me I would not be charged the monthly fee of $788 until the products arrived and we would plug in and be sure they were working. That was a lie, as my bank was charged soon after our phone call, ( screen shot enclosed of the payment says " Lifestyle lease" , yet products did not arrive for over a week later. We went ahead and tried to get everything set up, as my cancer has closed my jaw now and it's difficult to eat, but the app for using their machine as described both by a ******* video, and the website and **************** himself, are not the same app that appear on the ****** playstore when searching for Royalvibe app. That doesn't not exist, only wellness reality app, which was not presenting the same details as shown on instructional videos for royalvibe app. ( screens shot enclosed). So we were unable to get it turned on, at which time we called in to our " case manager ", and received a promise of a call before 8pm Westcoast time, which call never came. No help on weekends too, and in the mean time I could be dead by the time we get their help. After this initial fraud, and now uncaring customer service, and reading all the other complaints on this business, we would appreciate a full refund, and all equipment is being sent back Monday morning. I will provide the tracking number to the company on Monday. Please help. I cannot afford nor should I, loose $788 for this, which I need for other treatments. Sincerely, ***************************

    Wellness- Reality has refunded the one month fee, minus $50 shipping charge. We are glad for this, but honestly, they need to fix their ************** and response to very ill patients, who are given a faulty process to get their ultra sound machines turned on. It should be simple and not confused.

    The company falsely advertised their item and then would not give is the information needed to return it. They charged our credit card without authorization and without any contact. They stalled us from returning by not providing information on how to. We have returned the product but they have not refund our money. They take messages when you call but do not return phone calls and will not provide needed details by email.

    After I submitted my complaint with BBB they partially refunded me for having the equipment longer even the only reason it was kept beyond the time period was because they refused to communicate the financial terms and how to return it. My credit card company refunded the remainder after submitting a complaint to them. So I have been refunded for the second year but not without having a horrible experience with this unethical company. I regret ever doing business with them.

    The are scamming people with medical equipment and not returning calls for faulty equipment and any customer service

    On October 26th an impulse buy I gave the sales representative at Royal vibe my card info to ship out the machine. I didn't sign any contract. The day before it arrived (all email from the company was going to spam so I was not recv notices until nov 9 ) I told the caseworker that called me that I didn't think that the machine was right for my condition then when it did arrived I did not open assemble or activate apps and links in order to operate the machine. The new case worker didn't know much about the machine to cause me concern and then I asked for a couple days to research results on my condition
    and that I think I just want to send it back and she said well you probably have two weeks to do that like most companies. Before the two weeks were up I contacted the ****************** company and they said oh no you can't return it because you have to sign more contracts saying that you will pay us full amount and early cancelation penalties for having it for 12 months for their activation and analysis report fees and I said I haven't even opened it I have not an activated the apps, links, machine analysis, nor had a live consultation with their doctor as promised. I haven't taken it out of the case or assembled. They emailed a form letter that I would have had to sign this form online to send it back which would obligate me to pay penalties for 6 months early cancelation fees or 15,000 or be sent to finance dept to sign more contracts I had paid $788 from my card and which I have asked the bank to check for fraud on this one because after all this seeing the BBB report and I realized that the same thing has happened to me as other reports preying on the old, sick and tech unsavy. I just want a shipping label with a fair refund of some of the $788... reasonable ...meaning their shipping costs to me and the return cost. And the address they want it shipped to.
