Never use throne gift. It's a scam. I gifted someone from their thrown wish list. It was a $16.48 item. After shipping thrones processing fye. It was *****. instead of sending the person the gift. They did something called a pay out. Where they send the person 3/4 of what the item cost. Not including shipping or there processing fye. So I contacted them and asked them what it was so short. All there help department could tell me. Is I need to get a hold of the person who got the pay out, and ask them why they got 3/4 of the purchase cost. That throne sent them

We apologize that the customer was unaware of how the ************************ platform works. The item purchased was indeed a payout item which is clearly defined here: ***************************************************************************************** When creators add items to their wishlist, they themselves choose whether to add payout items. When the customer purchased this item, the item was clearly marked as a payout item, as all payout items are. Our fees are also clearly displayed at checkout and further explained here: ********************************************************************************* We responded to this customer a total of five times over a four day period and they refused to accept the explanation of our process, fees, and Terms of Service which they agreed to at checkout.
