    In early July, I registered for WYN Conferences ************ Summit and Expo Oct ***** in *****, *******. At the time, the organization appeared legitimate as I submitted an abstract for approval and went through a traditional process of receiving conference information. I was approved as a keynote speaker for the event. I registered for the speaker package and 3 night accommodation. In August, I began receiving multiple requests to participate as a speaker at conferences with a different name on the same dates and location. I asked WYN Conferences multiple times to explain why I was being asked to participate in a conference with a different name. I never received a response. In addition, I scheduled meetings to express my concerns and experienced an extremely unprofessional format. The individual did not join the zoom meeting via camera and sounded like she was in a busy traffic area in *****. I sent multiple emails expressing my concerns about the credibility and my reputation participating in the conference. Now there are even more conferences listed on the website. There are 6 different conferences listed on their website for the same dates and location. The conferences include womens power summit and expo, mental health and positive psychology, international womens influencers and leadership, unstoppable womens leadership summit, global pharma and biotech summit, and international conference on obstetrics, gynecology, and midwifery. I have asked for a refund from the company and requested that I be removed from the conference, any social media postings, and any association with their organization. In addition, the company posts photos on their website of the buildings with the address. The Texas address is a mail and more center. The information posted on the website is misleading. The phone number listed for all locations goes to one woman who never shares her name.

    I am trying to request a refund for the ****************** I went to on 7/10/2023 hosted by WYN Conferences.Link: ************************************************************ The topics of the conference were not at all as advertised on their website. This represents a breach of the contract of services agreed upon as the topics and conference were not the same and the changes were never communicated. According to the website, the conference was supposed to cover topics on Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Midwifery. However, when I attended the seminar, the topics were on leadership and other non-related topics. When I asked about the different topics, I was told that the conference had been merged with another conference. I am very disappointed that the conference did not cover the topics that I was expecting. I paid for a medical conference, and I did not receive a medical conference. I would like to request a full refund for the conference.I tried to contact them several times about this issue, but nobody ever replied to **** have attached a copy of my registration confirmation as well as the agenda for the conference vs the one advertised online.

    We have conducted WYN ********************* along with WYN Women Leadership conference  in 2 separate meeting rooms in ******************* ******* Hotel with more than 70 attendees. However  due to the unforeseen challenges posed by the floods and many flight cancellations, our event has encountered a series of setbacks, including the unavailability of several esteemed gynecology speakers. Among them, *****************************************, a renowned figure in the field, has had to request a rescheduling of her participation due to a pressing family emergency.

    In light of the circumstances and as a step toward resolving the dispute, we would like to offer to shift your fee to the next upcoming gynecology conference scheduled for July *****, **** in *****, ***.
