    In August of 2018, our business purchased 2 ************************* air fryers. It was an older model with one heating element. Never had an issue with either one. Here we are 5 years later and we see a demonstration about the new and improved air fryer with 2 heating elements and better programming etc. We fell in love and purchased a brand new one. We were told that the company was sold recently but any purchases would still fall under warranty, repair and service just like before. In October of 2023, 2 months after purchasing, we began to have an issue with the machine freezing. We have to end power and restart it which does not always fix the issue. I contacted the company and the service manager gave me a firmware update to try and fix the machine. It did not work. Since then, I have spoken with him several times and all he has said, is the company has him driving all over and he can't believe no one has contacted us. Here it is March of 2024 and we still have a defective machine and no fix. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. They are not upholding the same level of customer satisfaction that the original business holders so proudly have done in the past.
