    On 10/31/2022, I valet parked my car at the **** **************. Jack Boles Parking is the valet there. A driver damaged my car when removing it from the parking lot. The on-site staff brought the damage to my attention; filled out an incident report; and assured me that the company would pay for the damage. I spoke with ************************* via telephone *************) about a week later; he was listed on the incident report as a contact. He asked for an estimate of the damage, and assured me the company would pay for the damage. I submitted the estimates, and ****************** hasn't answered a phone call from me since. In 12/2022, I had the car repaired through my own insurance, and the claim was turned over to Bell Subrogation in 03/2023. Since then, the subrogation company has called ****************** several times and sent at least two demand letters, the latest on 04/10/2023. All to no avail. I want ****************** to follow through with the promise to reimburse my insurance company and me for the all of the expenses associated with repairing my car e.g., deductible, repairs, rental car, etc.

    After reviewing **************************** BBB complaint and with deference to HIPPA compliance, we found that her claim, regrettably, still needed to be resolved.  On May 18, 2023, we issued and mailed a check per a March 16, 2023, subrogation letter.  I called this evening and left a voicemail for the listed representative to verify their receipt of the requested payment.  We anticipate their confirmation in the next few days.
