      I made an online order for a replacement sling for outdoor patio furniture in May of 2023. I was told it takes 6-8 weeks to make, Called in October, and told it is taking longer because of supply chain issues. When I called again in January of 2024 the business was closed and had no answer.

      Ordered online two custom patio chair cushions in September 2023, understanding it would take 8-10 weeks for production and delivery. Received a confirmation email and receipt. Then nothing... no cushions, refunds or responses. Emailed and called but no response. And now the website is gone as is any contact info. Unfortunately, it looks like I'm not the only one who got scammed by this company,

      They have my outdoor cushions and 1400 of my money and now are closed. I was never contacted. I need my cushions from them

      We dropped our patio cushions off for them to sew/alter and gave them $270 as payment. They said they would get back to us at the beginning of 2024 when the cushions should be done, but we never heard from them. I just reached out yesterday and it appears they have permenatly closed their doors with our cushions and our money.

      I placed this order on October 16, 2023, and was told it would be delivered in approximately 2 months. When I tried to contact the seller, I cannot get an answer or response to emails. I would like the job to be completed.

      I was contacted by a gentleman named *****************, the owner of Childres canvas products. He is making good on my original purchase. I cannot believe that this gentleman stepped up and did this, but he did.

      I ordered and paid for my cushions and have been requesting an update on the order or the cushions for return. I have already spent over 2k and when I looked on the website after no response it states the owner retired. I would like my cushions back and return of my deposit if the cushions were sent to another company to complete I would like to know which company I have the invoice number

      Two patio chairs and ottoman taken to Chair Care Patio, 8700 *************, ******, ** ***** on November 28, 2023 to be recovered. New fabric was selected. *****, the associate on duty, helped me. The cost to recover the chairs and ottoman was $717.70. A deposit of $350.00 was required. See invoice. I paid the $350.00 with a credit card. ***** explained that the job would be completed at the end of January, 2024 and I would be notified. Final payment of $367.70 would be due when I picked up the chairs and ottoman. I called the last week of January regarding my order and the phone message - on multiple calls - said 'Your account is locked'. My son went by ******************************* on Monday, February 5 and men were clearing out the building. The business was closed out. No forwarding information is available.
