OP has been our pet store since we moved into the area back in 2016, they are an essential part of our community because of everything they do and represent! Sherry and Mike, the owners, are extremely knowledgeable about pet and nutrition needs - Sherry has been very helpful in giving us suggestions to improve our dogs' health and overall wellbeing. I truly appreciate all the information on pet food, quality of products, and the tips/suggestions that the staff provide. Thank you guys for everything you do, especially with all the events that you organize for the community such as the yearly Woof-O-Ween and the Holiday Pet Photos! Y'all are the best!

Simply the best! The best selection of healthy foods and treats for our animals. The staff is both knowledgable and patient. The fish room is tops and Mike may very well be the fish Guru of Dallas metro area! Bottom line is that you just feel good being there and you feel even better about the animals that you care for.

This place is extremely Racist. I've been taking my dog here to the same groomers for years. And noticed that within the last few visit they treat their guest of color differently. I had an appointment set for months. And I will drop my dog off at 9am and even offered the groomer Gina a coffee from Starbucks. No problems. I noticed the pick up time to get my dog increased. He would be left for longer than 6 hours. I had an issue with that and they automatically said I was being Confrontational. I Explained to them that Iwas just a concerned parent. Back in May I called and scheduled another grooming appointment with Gina was called back 10 minutes later saying that she was overbooked. And they move my appointment from June to July. I went inside the establishment me to get my dog some food And inquired about his appointment for July 24, then was told that he didn't have an appointment and she can put it on the books for July 24. Was no mention of a confrontation or issues with Rocky getting groomed. She booked my appointment and said everything was fine. So today July 20th I get a call to say that due to other issues that they can no longer Rocky. But I find this mighty eye that I have been there several times and no one mentioned this issue. She said that they have been trying to contact me via email. I asked what email I never gave them an email. I find it odd that they decided now to tell me that they could no longer Groom my dog because of conflict of me asking what was taken so long for my dog to be groomed. But I do notice that this has been a standing issue with people of color. If you had an issue you should've addressed it sooner and not just ignore me .

Hello. Upon pickup at your last grooming appointment, you called one of the staff members a derogatory name which caused him cry. You also caused our groomer to cry by what you said. None of our groomers are comfortable grooming your dog anymore because of this. You provided an email when you first signed up with us. I emailed a month ago and got no response. When a staff member alerted me you came into the store, we decided to call to make sure you were aware of the situation before the previously booked grooming appointment date came along. We do not tolerate rude behavior toward our staff. Also, we employ and proudly serve people of all races and orientations.

You have the wrong individual. Because if I caused all these issues. Why did you allow me to come into the store? This is incorrect and I'm not aware of what happens. And when did this occur? I've been coming in bi-weekly greeting everyone to pick up his dog food and was never asked to leave the establishment due to my past behavior. And was even allowed to rebook his appointment. So if I'm causing all those issuer why wasn't I asked to never come back. Sounds extremely fishy to me. Don't le and say what you wouldn't tolerate because I don't tolerate being lied on and told that I made your employees cry because I was dissatisfied with the amount of time you have our dogs. If anyone would like to see proof, check the reviews. If I'm paying my hard earned money I should be allowed to voice my dissatisfaction without being told that I'm Confrontational. Seems extremely typical for certain people of color. It was behaviors from your employees that made Me feel uncomfortable. I come into the store they don't greet me. But when others come in there greeted. As I stated if you felt threatened by my behavior, I shouldn't have been allowed to return to the establishment. It has been almost 3 months that I've been a consistent customer. No one has informed me of this even after making appointments OVER THE PHONE and in person for my dog. unacceptable or is it just racist behavior.
