    We have never heard of or ordered any supplies from Chiro PT Supply. We noticed a charge on our credit card in the amount of $94.70. It seems like they are getting card information from another source and manually charging for products that were never ordered (and nothing gets delivered either). Hopefully they get reported to the proper authorities soon so this stops happening to hardworking chiropractic businesses. I can only imagine how many charges successfully slipped through the cracks.

    I caught an unknown pending charge posted to my credit card this morning for $77.90 from this company IN *CHIRO PT SUPPLY, LLC. After calling their telephone number several times and not getting an answer I filed a fraud claim with my credit card. This is not a company I have ever done business with, and it looks like they prey on chiropractic and PT offices by hoping to blend in to a credit card statement without ever providing a product or service.

    Chiro PT Supply charged our company $86.47 on July 19th, 2024 and once in March. We have never ordered anything from this company. I tried calling them and have left 6 messages for them to call back and have never heard a response from them.

    We were charged $79.50 on 6/21/2024. We did not make any purchases around or on that date. We have called every business day for weeks. There is only an option to leave a message...we have left over 20. Still no call back, and no one has picked up the phone a single time. Did they go out of business? If yes, why are they still charging customers?

    We have never ordered any supplies from Chiro PT Supply and we have a charge on the credit card in the amount of $98.10, We have called them several times from 6/26 through 7/1 and no one answers the phone and no one calls anyone back. We are inquiring about these charges because we've never bought anything from Chiro PT Supply that we are aware of and if they would actually return the phone messages we might be able to get to the bottom of this.

    I received a random ***** charge on my account. I don't even know this company out of *****. I worked with another supply company out of ***** until they randomly charged me in January. This company phone number is invalid. I cancelled my cc. Obviously compromised.
