      Date of transaction: September 18, 2024, I paid the amount of $305.90 for two pieces of three diamond stud earrings. I tried it on and did not fit. If I forced it it would break my skin. I attempted to return and the company emailed me that I could not return it at all. The website I bought it from assured customers that the items could be returned after 30 days. When I asked the company if I could return it, they said if the hologram package was opened, I could not return it. So I am stuck with the earring that costs a lot and I would not be able to use at all. If I did not open it and try it on, how will I find out if it fits or not? Their policy for no return is unfair and deceiving.
