      I paid this company to plaster my swimming pool and I have had issues with them for the quality of their work. Every time we swim in the pool, we get bruises under our feet. They are giving me all this lamest excuses to why this is happening. They say its the chemicals in the pool. I have ********************* supplies do my water testing.

      Good afternoon,

      We plastered this pool in **************************************** August 2022 about his pool being rough on his feet and we went to warranty this pool and left it smooth and in good conditions, the homeowner was pleased with the work done, we explained to him that his was due to maintenance (not brushing the pool) and chemicals off balance can make the situation worst. He called us about 3 days ago, July 2023 almost a year after we fixed his pool the first time and he said he had the same problem, we politely told him that his pool was not longer covered by the warranty and we also explained that the roughness came back due to lack of maintenance, we always recommend our customers to hire professional maintenance for their pool for at least the first 5-6 months since the plaster is curing, he does the chemicals himself and he does his own maintenance. We tried helping him by telling him to talk to the manufacture to see if their warranty covers his problem but he rejected the help, the material used was Sun Stone which is a pre-mixed bag so if something is wrong with the material he can take it to the manufacture, after we told him what the problem was and we advised him on the manufacture warranty there is nothing else we can due since the pool is out of warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because:   If the roughness in the pool was done properly, I would not be having the same issue again. The technician went in the pool with just googles and said that he took care of the roughness. Do you think he could hold his breath underwater long enough to polish the pool?  He was in the water for about 20 minutes. How theres holes in the plaster. I have ********************* supplies test the water every two weeks. All I have been getting from this company is excuse after excuse. My pool is more than 15 years old and never had this issue before.
