    I used my self direct IRA account to buy coins from this company and they have failed to deliver the coins or respond at all to my inquiry. The amount was $24,721.06 Please wire instructions and invoice attached.

    No way to contact anyone and many others complaining of the same
    They do not answer phones or they take a message but never call back. But new sales are still calling to sell me Silver.

    They are taking Seniors money but not delivering Silver.

    On 06/15/22 I ordered some gold and silver from Crown Bullion .The total was 60,034 witch i wired to Crown Bullion Inc from my account #XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Wells Fargo reference # fwXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX branch #XXXXX .I have not received any product as of 7/18/22 . All phone calls were made by me to them .I told by my sales person a Mr Michal ***** there was a delay from the supplier and he would send a paschal order soon. I did not receive any thing. The next call i made found they changed their phone numbers i had been given for contact. I found a number on website.I talked to lady that told me Mr Gavin was in a meeting and will call me today and explain why i have not received what I bought. He did not call, surprise. I WOULD LIKE WHAT ORDERED OR A$ 60,034 RETURNED. I am 77 years old and trying to save my life savings from devalue .I hope you can keep me from my savings being STOLEN. I am also a disabled vet . We have contacted the client and informed him that the process was taking longer than usual due to a delay from the supplier. In regards to the phone number we have provided the client with an updated number to the office and the direct line to his account manager. An update was provided to the client on 08/02/2022 on the status of his order all issues have been resolved.

    I have not received any product I purchased as of 08/3/22. I did call crown bullion inc. this morning I was told a parcel shipment was to be delivered today. The product is a silver coin weighing 1.5 oz. it's worth about 30.00 I am standing by for delivery. I made a mistake on the amount I sent to crown bullion. I sent XXXXX not XXXXX by wire. I am more affected mentally than I realize I kept thinking I threw away XXXXX dollars is the reason for my mistake on the amount I spent. Thank you for your help. *** ****** XXX XXXXXXX

    On 6/15/22 I sent $62,034 to crown bullion. It was too buy 300 1.25 oz silver coin. 30 oz of gold in the form of 60 .50 oz gold coin's. After many days and calls I received several shipments. The last one competed my silver purchase. The gold coin's I received were the right count but were.25 oz coin's. This leaves me 15 oz short of what I paid for. I was told that was what I bought. If you do the math on my purchase it tells that I paid almost $4000 per oz. When I bought gold was $1810 per ox. I may be dumb but not that dumb. I am a 77 year old disabled veteran and my purchase has been a sad experience. I just want what I bought. Thank you for any help it is needed. *** ******
