      I just visited the Grapevine store- I was nervous figuring this would be a hassle. I brought in some old gold and silver pieces that didnt have much emotional value attached. I just wanted a quote ( I had no idea since they had been with me so long).I was shocked and surprised by what I thought was real and what was actually worth a pretty *****. Needless to say- Im wiser for the experience. Im grateful to ****** for just being straight with me, no pressure. Thank you ******, ******* and ******* for a much better, happier, easier, more seamless experience than I was anticipating. Ill certainly be be back. Fawn

      I contacted the business, through their website, offering my moissanite diamond. The representative, who replied through text from the online submitted, said that they accepted artificial diamond, and I was hoping it would be worth something.As someone who hasn't got their license yet, I Ubered to the ********************** location, and two of the appraisers, which involved ***, who was an appraiser recommended by the text "representative", said they didn't accept moissanite and/or artificial diamonds.Drove 22 miles, all for nothing, sadly. Although, *** said "I wish I had a better answer for you", meaning the text representative wasn't aware of such policy.
