      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Hyphen Solutions regarding issues with my account cancellation and billing. Here are the details of my complaint:On 7/2, Hyphen Solutions confirmed receipt of my account cancellation request that had been sent several weeks earlier. Despite this, on 7/5, I received an invoice which was auto-paid from my account. As of 7/10, I have not received confirmation of account cancellation, and I am still able to access my account.I emailed **********************' support team regarding the issue, and they responded by instructing me to resubmit my cancellation request. However, I have not received any confirmation of cancellation since then. I request immediate cancellation of my account with Hyphen Solutions.Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your prompt response.

      Based on the information provided, it sounds like the issue relates to the timing of your cancellation versus billing. We bill monthly in arrears. If the cancellation request was sent on or before 6/30 and there was activity during the month of June, then the service period covered in the 7/5 invoice (June 1st-30th) was prior to your cancellation request and was due in full. We process cancellations once monthly during the middle of the month. While you still had access to the service during the short period of time between cancellation and request and completion, you shouldn't have been billed for that time period, to the extent no orders were received. Without identifying information it is impossible for us to confirm that your account was treated in accordance with our policy, but we are happy to research more if you reach out provide your information.

      Apologies for the multiple responses. I was able to search our system for "Orange Crush" based on the e-mail address included in the complaint. I can confirm their account was cancelled effective 06/30/2024 and their final billing was sent/charged on 07/05/2024 for the June ******* period. The customer filed this complaint quickly, before our team was able to follow their typical processes. You will note he requested the BBB's assistance with cancellation of his account in the complaint, which I can confirm was completed  with an effective date prior to the day he filed this complaint.

      Cal Floods requested Hyphensolutions CANCEL Cal floods account on October 1, 2023. REPEATED REQUESTS were made to them, and they STILL continued to withdraw monies from ************** account. Finally, ********* told the bank NOT to pay them anymore, since we had REPEATEDLY requested our account with ********************** be cancelled and were either given the run around or ignored. FINALLY THREE AND 1/2 MONTHS LATER they send us an email saying they cannot close the account till we pay the fees from AFTER we had requested account be closed, the ones we had to have our bank stop payment on. I have attached SOME of the email communication, but there are more. I also tried to speak with them in person to NO avail!!!
