      Called the office on 1/3/25 at 4:45 because I was bringing a money order to pay rent. They close at 5 and my call went to after hours line. They texted me back at 5:30 asking how they can help. I told them I was trying to bring the money order and nobody was there and they didnt text back. Went back Monday nobody is there nobody is answering again and they say that they have been there all day. Tuesday when I call they tell me I owe late fees and I said I was here at 4:45 Friday trying to pay rent and you guys arent answering the phone during business hours to help me theres no drop box or anything so I couldnt pay . They hung up on me bc I said I think its ******** that I should be paying late fees when I was on time money order in hand and they werent taking phone calls when Im at the address they say I should be at. After that I requested the corporate phone number and they initially said yea I can have it then never gave it to me saying theyre going to say the same thing and do you think Im just making numbers up. I just said I want to hear it from them and they refuse to give me the information saying its not an emergency
