      Had to put a star, really should be no stars. Ordered online for delivery. My order was cancelled. Called taco bueno and they said order was not paid for. Checked my account and it showed almost $70 taken from my account. Told the manager ****** that I could show it to her. I drove to the store, showed it to her and she said it wasnt paid for on her end. Looked at her papers for my order and it said, in bold letters, customer paiddo not charge. Asked ****** about it and she said that part doesnt matter. She said I could reorder those items at the store and pay for them. Now, why would I pay again for food I did not get? While standing at the counter with ****** going back and forth, the kitchen was filthy. I would not get anything from there!!!

      DID NOT GET MY ORDER RIGHT. STREET TACOS. TORTELLIAS TASTED LIKE MOLD. HAD A GRAY TINT TO THEM. STEAK *************** TASTED RUBBERY & LIKE OLD DOGFOOD. I AM NOT ONE TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW BUT IT WAS EXCEPTIONALLY BAD THIS TIME, I MEAN IT IS NEVER GREAT BUT THIS TIME IT WAS TERRIBLE.

      Store number **** was visited on 2/17/2024 at 5:26P Few issues -First, the young man who took my order was rude & had minimal customer service skills. Second, he was charging his mobile phone on the service counter & frequently spent time texting and surfing for content. Third, the store played music from local station K104, and at least two of the songs had lyrics that included the ************* am very disappointed in the lack of management for this location.

      The manager at this location is totally trash..she complains to her customers about not being paid correctly, she really takes it out on her employee's..the lady that works the drive thru .actually runs this restaurant. I think her name is *******. She's very polite and a fast worker. My husband and I go to taco bueno every day ,we only let her fill our orders.when she's not in the drive thru we go inside and request her.. she's all over the place. Drive thru ,front counter,pre-pairing food. Dish washing ,keeping lobby clean..,giving order to others ..we have been watching her for awhile..she's always smiling, greeting everyone that walks thru the door..she deserve to be in management..Because the lady yall have in management isn't it..she depends on this young lady for everything. While she sits in office..Thanks Ms ********

      I visit Taco Bueno *************************************************** *************************** is one of the Best Manager that I have ever seen in my entire life this young man knows how to treat customers I have been in retails for over 25 years and he is Awesome I hope that he gets recognized for his service because their needs to be others associates and managers like him he knows how to put a smile on your face when even you do not want to smile oh but his customer service is outstanding, Just take a visit to this location and you will not regret it. Keep on the Awesome work *************************** because you are do it. Thank you for your great service!

      They failed at completing any part of my order as stated. They did not care to correct it. The phone line also did not work to call them. There was also no way to call their office. Their website offered no way to successfully contact them.This business has become a shell of it's former self and should be avoided by everyone at all costs.
