I submitted golf clubs worth over $500 to be traded in in order to buy a new set. A employee at Dallas Golf (******** ******) rejected the perfectly fine clubs immediately upon receiving them. I expected to at least have my clubs returned to me, but it has been months and nothing has been returned. I dont know if they kept (stole) the clubs or simply threw them away. All attempts to contact the company have resulted in nothing except a Cyrene rudeness and unprofessionalism. It is very disappointing because I had used them many times before.

    Business Response

    Date: 08/16/2023

*************************** began trading in golf clubs in December of 2022 to our company through The Golf Warehouse, a partner of Dallas Golf. In early January of 2023, **************** was notified by ***************************, our trade-in manager, that several of the clubs he submitted were damaged and could not be accepted.  The rejected clubs were returned to him, and he began voicing his displeasure through obscenity laden emails to both ******** and our customer service team.

After discussing the matter with The Golf Warehouse, ******* was notified on January 24 that his business was no longer welcome, and that any attempted future golf club trade-in would be returned to him at his expense.  He attempted four more trade-ins under the alias ***********************, and each was refused, and returned through ******

All four of the packages had issues in the refusal/return process through ******  Two of the packages finally reached him, but two were lost. ******** worked with ***** for months attempting to resolve the situation, and ***** ultimately acknowledged their culpability and agreed to accept *******'s claim on the lost packages.

During this time, ******* began sending a multitude of nasty and vulgar emails to ******** using a variety of different addresses, left negative company reviews on several sites as multiple people, attacked ******** in his LinkedIn account, impersonated ******** with an email address created in a similar name, and attempted to hack into Dallas
************* account as an employee named ********.

All of this led to Dallas Golf having to seek legal counsel.  A cease and desist order was issued to *************************** in July of 2023.  The last communication our attorney had involving this situation was with *******'s father who called him to apologize and said that we would not hear from ******* again who is currently in rehabilitation for an undisclosed addiction. Both Dallas Golf and our legal counsel now consider the matter closed and we ask that the complaint be omitted.

    Sincerely,

    *******************
    President
