On 5/13/2022 per the CARES Act Economic Stimulus Plan our home was eligible for a mortgage adjustment. The contact agent was ********************* at ************ and fax ************ or fax ************. My spouse and I were charged $3450.00 and guaranteed no mortgage payment the next 2-3 months while the application was processed. Furthermore, the interest rate was to be decreased to 3%. This is all in writing and included on page one. When the mortgage company told us we did not pay 2 months we would lose our home and denied receiving any "CARES mortgage forms" from American Eligibility Services. ***** refused to provide her address and "referred our case to her legal ***** but no one called. 7 months have gone by and the interest penalties, escrow deficiencies and past due mortgages now amount to $11, ******. Our banker feels this has been a fraud. The total cost is $16,179.97.

This case is dated back from May last year 2022. We will reach out to the customer to further understand their situation

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Multiple calls and emails were sent per instructions which as noted they delayed help and caused our present near foreclosure situation. The only solution is a FULL REFUND as requested.

    ***Document Attached***
Sorry for the delay. Our credit has been damaged from the unauthorized interaction with American Eligibility
Services (AES)and I have multiple documents to share. Their representative *************************** has not "reached out" to discuss terms. Exactly the same behavior his employees demonstrated after collecting $3450.00 with
a 'guarantee of your service" and overt fraud, misrepresentation and significant errors. For example I am the main signature for this mortgage and yet AES never obtained a correct phone number or my social security. For this contract to be valid my authorized signature is required. I did not consent and I did attempt to contact ANYONE in AES to terminate services and obtain a FULL refund of $3450.00. My husband was recovering post hospitalization for Covid with weakness, breathing trouble and confusion at times. ***** does not understand people can take his home and retirement funds without hesitation for themselves. I believe the attachments are clear and in fact great harm was done to us with intent. Thus I terminate any contract with AES. I want all data deleted. And per AES contract demand prompt and full refund of $3450.00. I would like these employees to rethink the fast sales and obvious damage they do to an vulnerable and elderly man like their own grandparent. Thank you BBB for your help this business was difficult to confront due to many aliases and their refusal to respond. Please spend time at the soddy work attempting to show a "product" but so many mistakes gave them away.
