    We bought a Attic Fan (10yrs. Warranty) on June/12/2019 it is no good and Lowe's (the original store when we brought this fan) tell us that we need to contact the Manufacture Company (AV Air Vent INC.) 800-373-0089 and eventually AV company to Customer service 800.247.8368. The lady on this department ask if we have the received I respond yes! So send via email, Fax or mail. (she due at a rude way) and I tell her please calm down explain with more details please she start respond again do it email, fax or mail. So, when to send? what Fax # or mail address? if she have a bad days I'm sorry but EXPLAIN with details all options of tell customers found the web page of the company to claim a warranty. (also at the website of this company it is no details on how make a warranty claim. What we want is another Attic Fan (exchange) (make the warranty valid and training your customer service personal to be polite, professional and take her/his time to explain at details the process)
