  La empresa Artisan Roofing,me realizo un contrato de trabajo(10.500)para remplazar El techo y la ventana de mi vivienda por los daos ocasionados por El tornado que azoto la zona en El mes *******, est empresa cambio El techo ,mas no la ventana y me hizo que le entregara El cheque(11.785.85$) enviado por mi seguro ,cobrando est cheque y no realizar la reparacon o remplazo de la ventana y no retornar la diferencia del dinero restante(1.285.08$)que me pertenece ,he realizando llamadas al representante no cual no responde, esperando por una pronta solucion de est empresa.

  The compan* Artisan Roofing, made me a work contract (******) to replace the roof and window of m* home due to the damage caused b* the tornado that hit the area in Ma*, this compan* changed the roof, but not the window and made me give them the check (********* $) sent b* m* insurance, cashing this check and not carr*ing out the repair or replacement of the window and not returning the difference of the remaining mone* (******** $) that belongs to me, I have made calls to the representative who does not respond, hoping for a prompt solution from this compan*.

  I need to know when Artisan Compan* will refund me the outstanding amount due on the check in m* name sent b* the insurance compan* and the amount of the window repairs not completed b* the compan*.

  De manera reiterada realizo est reclamo con la Empresa ARTISAN roofing solar , para que de la cara * realize el rembolso del dinero que me adeuda por El cobro del cheque cobrado a mi nombre,sin autorizacion * El valor de la ventana que nunca se termino,agradezco pronta solucion a est solicitud de mi parte.
  
  I am repeatedl* making this complaint to the compan* ARTISAN Roofing Solar, so that the* can face it and refund the mone* the* owe me for the collection of the check cashed in m* name, without authorization, and the value of the window that was never finished. I appreciate a prompt resolution to this request on m* part.

  There has been a leak in the roof in the area near the fireplace. Which we have recently discovered after intensive investigations by several roofing companies in the area. When the leak first happened, I called Artisan company since they initially repaired the roof, but they were too busy to come out to cover the roof with a tarp until they could come out to repair it. So we found a local roofing company to apply a tarp, but yet and still there was no reply from Artisan ******************************************** While the local roofing company replace and secured any shingles and the siding on the chimney. The problem now is, every time it rains, the wall the fireplace is on swells, rains leak above the windows in our master bedroom and mildew has been discovered in the attic area. I recently contacted the contractor, who says that he didn't do the work, but he agreed to come out on Saturday, January 27, between ****pm. However, he did not call or come out and is no longer answering or returning calls. He did not answer on Saturday, Monday or Wednesday, January 31st. My wife also called and left a message with their answering service or office assistant. Yet, no call back. We are requesting repairs or refund.
