      Gallery Built reroofed my home over two years ago. Leak and problem free ever since. They were knowledgeable and walked me through the process. They worked directly with the insurance, saving me from being the middleman in a process I wasn't familiar with. It went from inspection to completion within a matter of days. Easily the fastest completion from a contractor that I've ever had.

      In July of 2021 we hired a roofer employed by Gallery Built Roofing to replace our residential roof in ********, *****. This 3 year old roof is leaking now. We contacted Gallery Built Roofing immediately (twice) and were given the run-around, promised a call back that never came, they said they no longer service the Longview area (that roofer no longer works for them) and they would not be sending anyone out to look at it. They do not stand by their product and I would not trust them with any future projects.

      I was hit with hail this fall. I called ***** and referred him to several neighbors. He arrived the next morning. He was professional and honest. They were very happy.

      After the latest storm I gave them a call for repairs and they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was amazing. ***** was beyond helpful and professional and he and his crew truly care about the customers they are helping. Between helping with my insurance and working with me on my needs at the time, I don't think I could trust someone more with my roof. Highly recommend these guys.

      Worked with **************** to get the roof replaced after the February 2022 hailstorm. He inspected roof, explained the process to **, provided us an estimated cost and worked with the insurance company.
      The new roof was put on in one day, and it looks good. The one minor issue I told ***** about was quickly resolved.
      I would recommend Gallery Built Roofing.

      We had a hail damage in 2022 and we can't recommend the team at Gallery more. Easy process, walked us through everything, and was able to fix the roof fast. Would highly recommend.

      I give **************** and Gallery Built Roofing Solutions the highest recommendation. In an industry with its share of shady characters, it was refreshing to have someone to really trust. ***** not only inspected the roof and helped ** work with our insurance company, he was the project manager for our job as well. His team completed the job (total roof repair and new gutters) in a timely fashion exactly as promised and left my yard and home clean and tidy.
