      While in the process of selling my house, the inspector informed me one of the valleys of my roof was installed incorrectly. It turns out that during heavy rains, it has been quietly leaking into a rarely used, small closet. It has rotted the decking and the roofing spars. Guardian has refused to honor my "unconditional ten year workmanship warranty" in spite of the fact the roof is only eight years old. They deny the valley is wrong, in spite of the fact that four other roofing companies and a licensed inspector all agree it is. The deny it is leaking, in spite of the photographs I sent them during the last rain storm. They tried to extort money out of me to honor the warranty. I also recently discovered they replaced the entire job without a permit, which is required by the city of ******. The tax license was also involuntarily revoked by the state comptroller. They also claim they have an A+ accreditation by the BBB which as you can see is a lie - they have neither an A nor are they accredited. They're scam artists and horrible people. Stay away!

      Been dealing with ************************* since around October ************************************************** **********************. This community roof was replaced about 2 years ago. The prior roof covering my townhouse before never had any leaks. He's not identified the leak yet.A member of the *** board went in attic while ***** ran water on roof. Board member took pics of wet damaged decking area in attic and saw water coming in. I have asked about tarping while going through all these heavy rains but that's not being done either.
