My roof was ***laced under an insurance claim. The *** wanted to include a fence that had already been ***laced & some damage to a bedroom ceiling. I was told that it would be one claim deductible and I would receive a refund for the extra, since they were not doing the ***airs. Insurance approved the claim & sent 3 checks, for $11k ($7k for roof, $2500 for fence & $1500 for the ceiling) instead of discussing the options for payment, their *** told me I would have to sign all 3 checks over to him, as my bank would not accept the deposit. He again told me I would get a refund at the end, both in person & via text message. This whole process took about 2 months to complete, afterwards I was told they were asking for a supplement of $2k & that I would only be getting a small portion, if anything at all back. We went back & forth about the misleading context, & it boils down to them not offering an estimate for me to shop around and compare or offering to start the ***air for the $7k & then asking insurance for a $4k supplement. Instead by them taking full amount upfront, and essentially forcing my hand, thus insuring that they are paid their full amount while not having to haggle with an insurance company over a supplement. While I know I cant ***lace a roof for $7k, it should have been my choice how to use all the funds. I was finally issued a $100 refund and while what they did wouldn't rise to fraud, it is a very misleading and shady practice. I did have the roof inspected by a third ********** was signed off on. I will have to see how it actually holds up after the next storm. I don't expect them to stand behind any warranty nor would I be anxious to work with them again. I would advise anyone to be careful, request a quote & do not sign over any checks until work has been completed. I am taking this as a learning experience, as a first time home owner, & would not make these same mistakes again. 2 stars, for the job being done, & accepting some of the blame.

The following narrative is my opinion. Be very leery of this company. They will knock on your door, offer to inspect your roof, and if the roof needs to be replaced due to weather damage entice you to immediately sign a contingency agreement with any and all insurance proceeds going to them. They have no identifying company vehicles or shirts. Don't make the same mistake I did. Read this consignment document very carefully front AND back. It's loaded with gotchas. My advice is to not sign the document until you have fully considered all of the terms and conditions. Wait and day or two to think about what you are agreeing to then refuse or sign the document. As for the quality of their work, I had no experience, but, given their handling of my situation prior to any work being performed, I'm thankful I cancelled the deal even though it cost me dearly. I believe money is their key and only motivation regardless of what their owner says. They'll tell you it's customer service but, in my case, that's not reality.

I worked for this company and I would not recommend them to anyone looking for work or for roof replacement or roof damages.

I can't describe what a wonderful job the roofing company did. Our representative Chance did an amazing job explaining the whole process and answered every question we had and trust me we asked a lot of questions. Everything was exactly like he said it would be and the end result is a great, sturdy roof that is now upto code!! This whole process has been stress free.

Priority contracting and roofing was recommended to me . I decided to contact the ******************** ****** and set up a time to discuss business. Mr ****** was very much knowledgeable about the business , had all the pamphlets ect. So I decided to go with ************************* ****** gave me the estimates $13,312.19 (net claim), $4160 (less deductible) and also included (total Recoverable Depreciation) $2966.42, & the supplemental $4271.71!!! A bit confused of why he would be requesting the (recoverable depreciation), I decided to contact ************ Adjuster with concerns (because I know what was explained to me prior to receiving the checks). The work was started and completed on September ******, I paid according to agreement minus the recoverable depreciation & the Supplemental check (which had not arrived)! Not knowing prior to giving the payments, I should have had EVERYTHING Checked: So I called my Original Roofer to go over the documents to make sure that everything was completed:. This is the list of everything NOT COMPLETED: Paint trim(drip edge),furnace vent 6&8, prime paint roof ***** roof vent (paint/detached), none of the down spouts (front/Right/Rear/Left Elevations) : sitting room: contents moved reset, smoke detector (detached/reset), Bathroom: blow in insulation, half ceiling (partially repaired) behind the wall was MOLD (I took photos) , Batt Insulation (not done) & 1/2 Drywall (never attempted) but the wall was painted anyways!!!( the INTERIOR DECORATER, hired ************* stated He was hired to paint the ceilings ONLY !! When your paying for a service you expect for Hired individual (s) to be HONEST!! Just like they want to be paid Customers want the work completed thoroughly. I reached out to individuals that I referred prior to completion of my service and Warned them to find someone else. INTEGRITY COMES FIRST!!!!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Priority Roofing! Even from initial contact, we were put at ease and guided through every step of the process. This having been our first time making an insurance claim, the help and advice we received from ***** ****** was invaluable! She graciously answered all our questions and concerns, routinely checked in with subcontractors, and did everything possible to make sure the roof replacement went off without a hitch. I could not recommend Priority Roofing, and specifically *****, more!

Very unprofessional! Employees driving one of the company trucks through the neighborhood and down the street at twice the posted speed limit as my kids were outside playing. If they cant follow the speed limit and be cautious of kids playing how can I trust them to repair my roof.

Priority roofing and ****** were the only company that spent the time to get my insurance company to actually replace my roof. They kept saying that the roof was old. ****** proved to them that it was hail damage. Thanks to him I have a beautiful new roof. Highly recommend this company and ******.
