      I was advised by ***** before the roof install to check for nail pops inside my home that could occur due to the roof install. He also said he would provide pics of the new roof to me. I had 3 nail pops that I showed ***** after the roof install that he verified that were not there before the install. He said he would check with the office and get back to me. After several weeks I have not heard back from him about the pics or the nail pops inside my home. I would suggest if you use this company, first get at least 2 or 3 other estimates as they were much more expensive than other roofers from other estimates I received for the same product. They did negotiate once I had other estimates. Also before you give them full payment, make sure they finish everything they promised.

      Recently had some issues with my roof and was also long overdue for a roof replacement. I met **** and at first I was skeptical but his project management skills won me over and he replaced my roof and it was efficient and very professional. I suggest if you need your roof done go with Pro American Roofing

      I had the pleasure of using Pro American Roofing for gutter repair and roof replacement. **** and *******, went above and beyond to ensure a thorough inspection of my roof for any hail damage issues. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the step-by-step process to me. I appreciated their transparency and assistance in their help of filing a claim with the insurance and addressing any concerns I had. Overall, I had a positive experience with Pro American Roofing and would highly recommend them for any roofing needs.
