    On May 7, 2023, I used Platinum Security Services to valet park my car while I ate at the ***************** located at *****************************************************. I was inside the restaurant for approximately 2 &1/2 hours. Upon leaving the restaurant, I approached the valet, gave them my cellphone number and they brought my vehicle to me. They left the vehicle running, I entered it and came home. Once I got home and was exiting my vehicle, I noticed the 2 keys that were on key fob, one of which was the key to my residence were missing, which caused me great concern. There was a ****** Police officer working off duty at Perrys that day so I had a friend call him to advise him of the situation. The officer advised one of the valet staff members hired by Platinum Security had just brought my keys to him. I asked the officer to ask the staff member how my key came off the key fob, to which the staff member advised, ********** keys come off when removing the tag. I became extremely uneasy as I know it takes a little work for a key ring to be removed from a key fob. My home address and other personal information were inside the vehicle. My concern was that whoever removed my keys from the fob could have made a copy of my keys and gained entry to my residence at at later time so I had the keys to my residence rekeyed. I am requesting Platinum Security cover the $165 I had to pay to have the locks to my residence rekeyed due to their negligence. I have uploaded a copy of the receipt I received after paying the locksmith. Thank you for your assistance.

    First of all, I would like to apologize for not addressing this issue once it was received, it was definitely an oversight.  Second of all, I am very sorry to hear that this happened to you, but Platinum Event Services (Security & Consulting) does not offer valet services.  We are an event security company.  There are many other Platinum companies such as Platinum parking that *** offer valet services, but our company is not one of them.  Again, my apologies for the late response and I hope that you can get your complaint resolved.

    Yes me and my daughter worked for platium security during the fair they told us we was making fifteen dollars and hour and we would get a 1 dollar raise when become certified i have been certifide since fair and my daughter have been certifide since after fair but they didnt give us or raise or the 15 and hour i checked pay stubs they only paid is 14 follats and hour. I want my money i expect a fast and respectful solution to this matter thank u . i tried to talk to them about but they still haven't correct mistake just lies. Thank you. *******************************

    ******************** was hired to work the State Fair.
    The rate for licensed guards at the State Fair was $15
    if you were a licensed guard and $14 if you were not licensed. We helped ******************** take the class and obtain his license but his license was not obtained until 10/27/22. The Fair ended 10/23/22. I have attached a copy of his application. It clearly states he was being hired at $14. I also attached a copy of his license. It shows the date it was activated.

    They told me and my daughter we were getting paid 15for fair and 16 when we got certifide but they paid us 14 now they trying to change it to 14 and 15my daughter a witness and i have the text from the manger were she said we was supposed to het pai 15 at fair but they didnt tell us just fair they said we was getting paid 15 and 16 when we got certified. Om sending text also and i will have my daughter file her own complaint. I sent text from manger telling on her self.now they trying to change it they should have just gave us pr money. Thats sad thieves and liars *** together. Thanks
