    On April 5, 2024, I paid a $50 deposit and ordered a pair of Silk heels that were in color Nappa. It was my understanding that the deposit was for a pre-order on the style and it would be a few weeks to a couple months wait. I was very patient and waired for my order. Six months later, I hadnt received anything. I emailed the company. After a week, no response from Jeneba Barrie . I used the chat feature on the Jeneba Barrie website where I provided my order #. A few days of waiting on that yielded nothing. I emailed Jeneba Barrie customer service again and have not heard anything back, This is what stealing looks like - when someone takes your money and then provides nothing in return. Left with no other option, I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company. This woman is not a professional and it is a bad look for her business. I want my money back and an explanation from the Jeneba Barrie company as to why this happened to me.

    I paid $50.00 initially for the deposit and the remaining balance of $125.00. This totals $175.00. I really just wanted the shoes with a different height, but I was unable to speak with anyone and even tried using the "chat" and it shows the message was delivered, but never seen.Order 2157 - I try my best to support minority owned businesses, but I am truly disappointed in the lack of customer support. I am just looking for some assistance. I returned the shoes **** tracking **********************************. May I please get something for my money or my money back? Looking for Shoe: Caviar Size 6.5 Heel Height 105mm or Cacao Size 6.5 Heel Height 105mm. I would appreciate some help. Thank you.
