    I wish to have an appointment at 6:00 it is now 6:30 no one has called no one has shown up.... I see they have an f rating from the better Business bureau I will not be doing business with Bright Solar

    After incessant marketing h calls, I set up an appointment to meet with one of their representatives. I even received a text message confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment, nobody showed up from Bright Solar. No phone call to cancel or reschedule from them. This is inexcusable, especially silly si ce I took time off from work to meet their representative. This sort of behavior is very unprofessional and shows how they truly operate.

    We all had to learn the hard lessons about fly-by-night roofing companies. Seems like a few bad actors in the solar industry took up the practice. I told the first caller I didn't want appointments, just info. They said they had to see my roof in person to see if it qualified with enough sun-facing surfaces. That's a lie. Every reputable roofer now does estimates by aerial view software. My son worked for a reputable solar company and it was his job to CAD draw the roofs from satellite maps for their sales teams. I told them "no" and to take me off their call list. Since that day they have called multiple times a day, and everyone says they will take me off their list, but they don't.Before you put your CYA statement about not having a call center, blah, blah blah, we know its you. And we don't want to do business with scammer companies like yours. Hopefully, the Texas AG will put your out of business. How is it that you have an "F-" rating from the BBB? yah. Got it, its not you.

    Good morning sir, we get a lot of complaints from homeowners because a company with a very similar name ‘Bright Solar Marketing’ based out of CA spams customers. 

    We however do not call customer at all as all of our marketing is done locally in the Dallas area via Door to Door. 

    I believe you should direct your attention to the Temecula based company sir.

    Signed up for a quote for solar panels from Bright Solar (I live in *****). The guy called the day before the scheduled visit and we discussed everything. The appointment time came and went and he didn't show. When I texted, no answer. I called the number on the text, a guy answered in a weird voice and then hung up on me. Totally felt like a scam.

    I had signed a contract with Bright Solar, the *** or the agent was *************** to install solar panels. It took a lot of time and phone calls to finish the project. Still a few of the promises *************** gave me is not yet fulfilled.I am paying my loan to Mosaic finances and I even do not have a completion certificate.I tried to call the numer always no response or mail box is full.I am not at all satisfied with the service.I will not recomend the services to any one.Babu *********

    Man what can i say .. all of my dealings with Bright Solar and specifically ****** have been nothing less than amazing.. i really didn't know if i wanted Solar it just seemed like it would be such a hassle but ****** helped me with everything and has been true to his word with everything he has told and i dont regret signing up the slightest bit

    I would never use your company.We were scheduled for an appointment without any knowledge of the scheduled time/ day.They called today to confirm for tomorrow. They wanted to come at 10 which we cant do due to work. I told them to cancel for now. And he said thats fine and hung up on me. I called back to get the name of the company which he gave me. I told him I wanted to know so Im sure never to use their company because i dont appreciate being hung up on. He said have a nice day and hung up on me again. Wat to go on customer service. I will certainly be going with a different company. Id get rid of this guy. Hes not doing your company any favors.

    This company calls numerous times per day using different phone numbers with no caller id. They leave a blank message.
