    Im writing this complaint on behalf of my dad. He signed contract with them about 2 months ago, ever since the installation they havent come out to check if the solar panels are working properly according to the employee that works it showed something wasnt right with them. They keep saying Ill give you a date once they can get someone out there to check them out. About 2 weeks ago the city came out to inspect to have them turned on but they didnt show up and they needed a person from the company to be here to get it done, we called them and the lady on the phone said I thought they were coming out Thursday it was Tuesday she would need to reschedule the inspection. She finally gave us a day for someone to come out here to check them out and it was for today 11/6 and no one showed up, they also suppose to come out on Tuesday and Wednesday but how things are going I dont believe they will come they do a lot of no shows. Im losing money Im having to pay for electricity when I have solar panels which produce power and I can get credit towards my bill. The costumer service is horrible we call them and they never pick up and when they do answer its always the round around. They just get the money disappear.

    I had solar panels installed back in April 2023. The company was supposed to come to the house the day the panels were powered on. Nobody showed. Since then I have had 4 microinverters that need attention and I keep contacting the salespeople and the numbers provided for support. I cannot get anybody to answer their phones. The salesperson keeps telling me they have notified their operations team yet nobody calls me or does any effort in trying to fix the issue with my newly installed solar panels. If these panels are not working it is now costing me money down the line as I am not producing the amount of power needed in my home. The customer service is downright pitiful. The horror stories of when your panels are on your roof and the company disappears is true.

    My solar panels have not been reporting since January 2024. I call the company at least once every few weeks becasue they keep promising they will send somebody to repair my system. Every week is the same thing. They "schedule" me to have somebody come and nobody ever shows up. I just want somebody to repair/replace my equipment.

    First I got new shingles on my roof, they said my insurance would cover the cost and I wouldn't have to put anything out of pocket, even though I told them my insurance would only pay a percentage due to the age of old shingles. Insurance didn't pay what they thought. And they also didn't complete the project. They didn't do the flat part of my roof in back. Also got Solar installed got solar installed and with the solar I also requested an additional 3000 plus part of patio porch for 2900. The porch (cement) was great. They also are supposed to give me a check to cover the first year of Solar payments. Solar was installed, but hasn't been inspected and therefore am not getting credit from electric company. I am now having to pay for solar and also for electricity from my electric company. They got there money and now are dragging their feet and not communicating with me. The people I do talk with just tell me they'll have the boss call me. I've call numerous times and haven't heard back. Apart from the inspection and they also owe me the 3000 plus first year of Solar payments. And thats not even mentioning the unfinished roofing and nails not being cleaned up which cost me a flat tire and my wife having to miss a week of work for stepping on a nail.
