      I ordered a special edition magazine directly from the website. It was a Halloween special for the movie Terrifier. It was purchased back in September and promised a November 7th delivery. I contacted the company around December 28th advising that I have not received anything and I sent them the screenshot of the order they keep telling me they have no information on any order with that number and they keep asking for a subscription number I keep telling them this is not a subscription this is a special edition order. All they tell me is they can't find my order. I told them I wanted my delivery. That's all I wanted bc, this was for my son, and they stopped responding. I even emailed their "side" business name "SFX" and I have not received anything from them either

      I write in response to the inquiry registered with your office by consumer ****** *****. We genuinely regret the inconvenience that Mr. ***** experienced regarding his magazine subscriptions and have attempted to resolve his concerns.

      Despite multiple searches, we regret that we cannot locate Mr. ****** account in our system with the information provided in his complaint. 

      In his complaint, Mr. ***** mentions that he was charged for magazines through Magazine Direct. This is not our company however, we took the liberty of researching this company and if Mr. ***** would like more information regarding these charges, he can contact their customer service by accessing this email address: ***********************************************************************************************

      I am rejecting this response because: i had added a screenshot multiple times of my purchase and I have added the screenshot to magazinedirect and they are the ones telling Me they do not have any info on me SFX and magazine direct are the same company and I have been in contact with magazinedorect I am tired of the disrespect I am getting from this company telling me they are not the company I am dealing with and they are there are multiple complaints this is a scam company and you should be ashamed of yourselves for not only scaming people but scamming a 15 year old out of a gift

      I have had numerous issues with this. I never received a bill from them or signed off on anything. I had a smalls claim court notice and ended up paying over $3000 dollars and I told them I want canceled. I just received price from them saying I signed up for a magazine prescription, in which I didn't. It's states my total amount due is $1118.60 and or $39.95 per month for 30 months. It says I have 14 days to cancel account and to call (855)-492-8672. When I called number it says can't complete as dialed. I also went on and search company and address and dialed that number with same message. I am very concerned that I will be charged for something I don't want again and it will end up costing me $1,000. I am a single father or a 2 and 3 year old and I can not afford these charges or nor do I want this. I want to be removed from any mailing list they have and for this to stop. I have been dealing with it for approximately 5 years now and it's money I don't have. Please help me in this matter. I want canceled and don't want deal with them anymore. Thank you for your time.

      This is when Magazine Direct supposed to have sent this letter 08-30-22.
      I received this letter on 09-13-22 and I never ordered this. I tried the phone number and it is not a working number. They can't get in my account for a payment because I changed my account yesterday. The payment arrangement says I 'm supposed to pay $29.95 per month. And the total amount is $838.60. It says I have fourteen (14) days to cancel your account before a cancellation fee will be assessed.
