5 starsI contacted their office after representing myself with the ***. This was for my company. After nine months, the audit went significantly in the wrong direction. I called and left a message after 5 to have someone call me back. **** called me the following day to hear about the issues I encountered. After listening to the whole situation, he said we can help you. He then had ***** call me to discuss my audit in more detail. After that phone call, I knew I had chosen the right firm to represent me. The cost was more than fair as I did not want to get into an open tab with an attorney as this could drag on forever. **** is the attorney who took my case. **** and his whole staff are AMAZING! My only regret is not contacting them from the onset of the audit, as this would have saved me countless hours and extreme needless worry. Fast forward to 30 days ago they got my case closed and ZERO money owed. From the time I contacted them to the close of the case was less than 9 months. 5 starsI went to the Law Offices of Nick ******************** after the *** started taking more than $1200.00 per month from my Social Security Check. Within two weeks, they were able to stop the garnishment of my funds and eventually were successful in eradicating almost $1 million in *** debt, dating back to 2005. All of this for less than 25% of what another firm quoted me to work on my situation. To say that I would recommend **** ******************** and his firm there is an understatement. 5 starsRecently we decided we needed help dealing with *** issues. We had dealt with the *** by ourselves over the past 8 to 10 years to no avail. After doing much research we decided to contact the ********** of Nick ********************* best decision we made in years.We made our appointment and met with Mr. ********************* and he introduced us to the team that would be handling our issues. He and his team explained what they would need to do in the next few months and that it could possibly take more than a year to finish depending how the *** responded. At this time we signed a contract and things started happening immediately and the team kept us well informed at all times. 5 stars**** Nemeth is an incredible IRS attorney. So after 4 previous attorneys that took my money and did nothing, **** Nemeth got a repayment agreement for me with origally owing $300k to IRS. He charges what he may charge but you certainly get what you pay for this guy is unbelievable to me in my life I am so very thankful for him.Review fromDuane P

5 starsTo Nick ******************** and his team,I was in a hard spot without seeing any daylight at the end of the tunnel when I finally decided to take some sort of action to better my IRS situation. After searching and continuously contemplating where or whom I should talk to about my situation, I stumbled across the ********** of **** ********************. I visited their website and viewed over 50 testimonies of how well they handled other peoples situations and how professional they took their situations as if it were their own. Made the call and got my free consultation set up with **** himself. He went over a variety of things that would be involved if they took my case. His ultimatum for me was You have to be ready to make this decision to make things right and turn your situation around 100%, if not youre wasting your time! Alls I could say was Im ready! He then took action and got me set up with his team ****** and **** They took me through all the steps I needed to get started to start the resolve of my situation. Already I felt like a burden was being lifted off my shoulders. Such a relief that I have held this on my shoulders for so long that the walls were only closing in faster and faster it seemed.
