  I had an appointment with her in February to have my taxes for the past 4 years filed. After waiting an hour past my time in the lobby she spent the next 3 hours gathering data and filing the returns. After submitting the returns, she hands me a bill for $1,650! She never told me any rate for her services before hand nor that payment would be required at the time of the appointment. I explained that she just looked over all of our finances and how could we pay this. I explained that we could pay her after we got a return, like a normal tax return company. She refused to give me a copy of any of the returns that were filed. About six weeks later, I got a letter from the *** needing verification on two of the returns and cannot provide the data requested due to her refusal. I sent her multiple emails and texts and she replied "not until you pay me." She is holding my return data hostage.

  I don't work for free. also what ** citizens children don't have a social security number. also you are not getting a refund due to your children not having a social security number. I told you that the *** will not give you a refund for child for previous file years if the social security number is issue in the current year. When you contact my office you told me that you had 5 years of tax return to do I told you over the phone because you have a business on the accounting that you are looking at $375.00 to $450.00 per year and that you need to pay the fees upfront. You came to the appointment with intentions on not paying. I gave you copies to mailing in for tax year 2019, 2020 & 2021 which was e-file. 2022 and 2023 was never sent in. I received text message and emails but when i called you, you don't answer my calls. i am not going to send out any personal information without speaking to a person first. I text you several times and told you to come into the office you never responded.
