      Hello I hire this company to help me out of the Wyndham Timeshare; 1st email received 8/9/24 from ******* ****** ********************************** phone # **********, or *******************. First payment sent on 8/22 $2,995 second 8/30 $1,000 last email was 1 month ago, I sent 4 emails and return as Delivery Failed called all numbers and direct me to the voice msg and no one return call I try to reach them over 3 weeks ago I haven't heard from them a while ago calls, emails they just call first time to sign documents ask for driver license credit card and sign contract but that's all I want to know if this is a real company if they are working on my case attache to the contract they sent me "***************************" Law firm phone *********** I called talk to **** Murffin they said doesn't have any file with my name that make me feel so anxious nerves about this company. Please help me out to find is this a real company ******* R or ****** is a real person to see what to do, I am already in a problem with Wyndham timeshare plus this. I contact to the ***************** they said first step is call the BBB. Appreciate your help

      Good afternoon, I took a week to figure out how to respond back. I am really appreciate the labor of BBB this is a very valuable help to customers really want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. The **************** contact me in the same day gave me all information I need and they do not exactly why but for some reason all emails return to me as NONDELIVERY. Now everything is on track she promise will contact to me at least once a month. Nothing else to say just thank you so much again.

      We have contacted the client, who has confirmed that the issue has been resolved. It appears there was an error in the email address previously used, which caused the emails to be returned. The correct email address has now been provided to the client, and we have verified that she is able to send and receive all communications successfully.
