    I am rejecting this response because:  That was the order number that was provided to me from Lndmark (see screenshot). First name is the same. My last name has changed, that is irrelevant because I was provided with an order number. I have been in communication with representative "****" I have attached a screenshot. Ironically she was finally able to find my order and "refund" after my bank already reversed the charge, and I made this report.  

    I have read several reviews about the tiny print that flashes on the screen when checking out. In my case like many others I did not see or agree to anything about a trial or subscription. 
    It is intentionally set up like that to be missed by the customer, so that unauthorized charge can be made. 
    It is a deceiving and dishonest way to conduct buissness.

    I am rejecting this response because, while it is correct I did receive the refund, they are practicing bait and switch pricing.  I had ordered and been charged for the item, which they cancelled on their own.  They would not honor what I had ordered and paid for and then changed their pricing.  Clear case of bait and switch and not honoring what they sold the item to me for.  Additionally they said I could have at the price however free shipping would change to 200 dollar charge.  If I purchased an item in a store, they couldn't call me back and say oh sorry actually the item is 400 dollars more and now you have to return it or pay the new amount.  Unacceptable business behaviors.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Weve reviewed the conversations and would like to clarify the situation.

    We initially reached out to the customer about canceling his order due to price adjustments and requested that he place a new order with the updated price. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to either our email or phone outreach. Two days later, he contacted us via chat to check the status of his order. Our administrative support team promptly assisted him and provided an update on the situation.

    After a week, ******* **** reached out again, inquiring about the status of the refund. He mentioned that the refund had not yet been received, but after confirming the details with him, he corrected himself, and it was clarified that the refund had been processed.

    I am rejecting this response because I see clearly there is never any intention to close this out, but I take disagreement with the statement that I was understanding.  When i was informed I was enraged and saying that they cant practice business like this and blame systems.  Yes they tried to accomodate, but very bad business practices in blaming systems and changing prices after purchase, regardless of the reason.  At least own your responsibility and do not paint a rosy picture of customer experience that did no occur.  I see this will not go further and will accept next time this passes, however I take big offence to the blatant lies in the last message that i was understanding as I see this as dishonest business practices and lack of accountability nor customer focus by this org.  Overall very poor org to deal with with no values or morals.

    I wanted to clarify the reason for the recent price change. This occurred due to a system error, where the wholesale price was mistakenly posted instead of the intended retail price.

    Additionally, we have spoken with the customer, ******* ****, over the phone to explain the situation, and he accepted the explanation at that time.

    This was an unintended issue on our end, and I sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have caused.

    I placed an order and they said free shipping. The next day they sent an email asking for surcharge for delivery I emailed back asking them to cancel order immediately and respond back They didnt respond back I called multiple times to the business and left voicemails. No one answers the phone or calls me back I believe this business is a scam

    We do apologize for the inconvenience about this order. However, the reason why the customer got a shipping surcharge, we've been contacted by the freight company that his shipments will include additional surcharge for Special Handling, Fuel Surcharge, and Delivery Area Surcharge. These kinds of unintentional circumstances are beyond our control. Our Free Shipping promotion covers the full flat rate of your shipment however for any unexpected charges I'm afraid to say that we won't be able to cover the additional expenses from the shipment.

    We received your response that you don't want to proceed with your order and not willing to pay for the shipping surcharge we immediately process the cancellation of your order and Since we haven't proceeded with the charge weve voided the authorization charge to your account last June 3, 2024 and you should see the amount credited to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours. Please accept our sincere apology for having this situation we have caused you.

    One of our top priorities is to ensure our customers are satisfied at all levels and find the most suitable way to fix their problems without delay.

    My dad placed an order for a piece of equipment and has yet to receive it they won't answer any calls o came to the location listed on their website and their business is not at this location it's a post net.
