I bought 14 4x30 Winch Straps with flat hook green in color totaling $240 dollars after the first use strapping down a load they came apart. I reached out to a representative at Everything Tie Down and he asked for pictures so i sent them 5 pictures via text he then responded with it was driver error as to why the straps came apart because i failed to use edge protectors, in the pictures i provided you can clearly see the load properly secured with the proper edge protectors in place .. Fast forward 1 week later i have 6 of the 14 straps that continue to fail and can not use because they are damaged beyond usable.. Were they are failing has nothing to do with using or not using edge protectors they are simply just not built for heavy duty use and are literally unsewing at the seams right in the center from to much stress with the vibration and the wind while strapped on the equipment im using it for and its intended purpose the problem is these straps are falsely advertised as professional grade and are not heavy duty straps or professional grade in which they are misrepresenting a product so i am simply looking to send them back for a refund these are not professional grade ...

1.) Limitations of heavy-duty usage: While we advertise our winch straps as "professional grade," our straps have limitations and are not designed for extremely heavy-duty use or prolonged exposure to extreme conditions. If the user exceeded the intended limits of the straps, it may have led to their failure. In this scenario, Everything Tie Down cannot be held liable for the straps not meeting the user's specific needs.

2.) Insufficient evidence: The provided pictures do not conclusively prove that the failure was due to a product defect. There could be other factors or external influences that were not captured in the photographs, which could have contributed to the failure of the straps. Without substantial evidence directly linking the failure to a manufacturing or design flaw, it would be unfair to solely blame Everything Tie Down. For the type of material, as shown in the pictures that the customer provided, we would have recommended using chains.

3.) An accompanying screenshot displays a photograph provided by the customer, which reveals that the straps were not adequately protected against potentially damaging sharp edges of metal surfaces. Based on this evidence, it appears that the failure of the straps can be attributed to what may be deemed as "User Error" or a deviation from the recommended usage guidelines.

I am rejecting this response because:    The Focus is on one strap in a picture  that was sent as evidence what about the other 6 straps that have failed that do have edge protectors and still failed ??? And the choice to use chains vs straps is irrelevant to this matter those are personal opinions ..
