    On January 28, 2022 I brought my truck to the Engine Rebuilders, LLC To have my engine rebuilt. I was given an estimate and I was told that they would get on it. I paid a $900 down payment on the $5946 total. After 1-2 months I checked on my truck and it hadn't moved. They didn't start to work on my truck until late May 2022 (4months after drop off). I called or stopped by every 2-3 weeks since then. Every call or visit is a new excuse. They burned up my wiring because they didn't know how to wire the truck. There are only 4 wires for ignition & injection and I sent them a diagram. They have put the engine together and taken it apart multiple times. It's one of the easiest engines ever built. I'm starting this process because I've been told 100 stories and waited 7months. I know they're working on it but at this point I can take it to Ford if they can't deliver AS PROMISED by 9/30/2022. I have never been rude. I never raised my voice, I never disrespected them. I'm a fireman and I do my job with pride and integrity. That's how business should be. Just be straight.

    Unfortunately due to parts shortage and a waiting period of over 12 weeks before we could start this project. We also waited for the customer to send his fuel injection pump out to get rebuilt. That took over 3 weeks to get back from him. Plus the vehicle had fuel pump problems and electrical problems. Our customer was made aware of this. We are still on going with this project and are almost through. We will advise our customer as soon as we finish. Thank you.
