      The absolute worst travel agents. We booked through them for a recent European trip strictly to have a TA available in case we needed them. When it turned out we did need them, they refused to help. REFUSED being the operative word. The airline was more than happy to help but could not deal with us directly because we had used a travel agency. When we relayed the information to these horrible people we were told there was nothing to be done on their end. After multiple phone calls to arangrant to escalate (shocked that they were lying to us as we knew that in fact something COULD be done) we were told that “according to our team there is no reason to contact the airline”.
      When pressed they admitted that they had not even TRIED to contact Lufthansa and would not because it “would affect their ability to provide service to others”. What?!? So unless you want to pay $$$$ for last minute return tickets out of your own pocket do not do business with these people. Once they have their money they will do nothing to help. If I had booked on my own I would have been much better off.

In order to perform an exchange to your reservation, all of the flight legs must be rebooked as per the ticket's fare rules and airline's policy, However, since the seat availability was very limited for one of the legs, rebooking was not possible in this case. We apologize that matching your request was not possible this time and we hope this will not dissuade you from booking with ** in the future!Currently, a refund for the unused return tickets is pending issuance back to your original form of payment, and once the process is finalized, we will get back to you with a confirmation.       If I can give no stars I would. I purchased a flight during the pandemic and was provided the option to receive a credit due to everything closing down. I have been fighting for a refund since 8/2022 and no update since. This was the worst mistake, Ovago is the most unprofessional, untrustworthy company stealing my well earned money. Every single time I call to request an update they say your request has been escalated and that I need to contact United Airlines for my credit. 7 months later and now they can’t confirm I have a credit. DO NOT USE THEM.

      This continues to be an issue, now that they have clarified in 03/23 that I have a credit and can use it before 12/23 they want to give all these excuses how my credit amount of $500+ is just a a cabin flight that cannot be downgraded? If I want to spend less $$ on my ticket shouldnt I be allowed to? My frustration comes from speaking to 5 different people and them confirming that I cannot use my ticket value towards a new booking through Ovago??? I spoke with a. I spoke with a nice representative that mentioned my flight total with all fees including taxes will be $388 and the customer service ***** Is trying to over charge me stating they cant offer me that price. This is so unprofessional, I only get help with posting this comment. Nothing has been resolved. If they cant accommodate me, I demand my money back to my card. The only excuse they can provide is once again contacting the airline that I want to fly out of. This doesnt make any sense, if I have the credit through Ovago shouldnt I be speaking with a Ovago representative???Please send help

      I'm convinced this company is a scam. I just bought a round trip ticket from NY to Istanbul ... I did it online through Kayak and within minutes the AranGrant phone calls started. I received innumerable calls, texts and emails - suggesting I buy a flight on a different airline and their flight insurance. They wouldn't stop calling even after I requested, and I finally had to put my phone on silent for the rest of the evening. (They had even woken me up.) Today, I learned that I have to change my flight (to leave 1 day later) so reached out. NOTHING. Can't reach anyone by phone, so I finally submitted an email. Shortly thereafter, I got a form email basically saying - can't help you; there are no flights available on the following day. Interesting ... the internet says something quite different. So I tried the chat function. hahahaha. A representative said someone would get back to me in 1-5 hours (!) You guessed it; still waiting! Amazing how the phone calls were basically harassment-level when they wanted to sell something ... but now that I need help, i hear nothing but crickets ....

      I tried to book a flight with *********. At the end of the purchasing process I was told that the price had changed and my purchase could not be completed at the quoted price. I did not, therefore complete the transaction. I immediately began receiving calls from ********* for other flights but not the flight I wanted. I purchased a flight using another service the next day. then, several days later, a charge was made to my credit card from ********* (for the original price) but I have not received an email or any kind of notice from ********* that I have tickets (and since I purchased them from another provider, I would not want them now). I have disputed the charge with my credit card agency. I tried to call ********* as well and the calls have been very strange and I never was able to speak with a person.

      We apologize for your negative experience, but we believe there was a misunderstanding regarding the airline ticket purchased with our agency.

      Based no our records, you placed two orders with our company. One was cancelled per your request, but the other order was booked as originally ordered for a different traveler which is your family / friend. Hence the email with all the electronic ticket was sent to the email associated with the traveler who submitted the order.

      Currently, our service members are working on your refund request and will keep you updated on the refund process status.

      The worst third-party travel agent I've ever dealt with. Flight was cancelled on day of travel. When I asked for help, they were useless. I asked for a refund and I'm still fighting them to get my money back even though I purchased travel insurance through them. They are incompetent and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor and don't give ********* your business.

      Indeed a flight cancellation was observed in your itinerary only several hours before the departure date.

      Records indicate that our service team tried to provide assistance, however, as there was no flight option that would suit your preference, no changes were done, you have exchanged your tickets with the airline directly and the status indicates - 'Used'.

      Currently our team is working to provide you with a partial refund for your reservation.
      Once authorization is provided, a partial refund will be issued towards the passenger's original form of payment.
      We are sorry that we were not able to fix your itinerary, but it is important to keep in mind that there were no flights available in the airline's inventory. We act as an intermediary and we are imposed to follow the airline's rules and regulations when it comes to flight options.

      This proves what an untrustworthy company Arangrant is. They claim that I exchanged my tickets with the airline directly. Anyone knows that no airline will exchange tickets booked with a third party. Secondly, the tickets that Arangrant exchanged were done without my permission with a different airline three days AFTER my cruise ship left dock. Certainly not something I would agree to. Third, they refuse to honor the travel insurance policy I purchased from them despite the fact that I told them explicitly to cancel my reservation and give me a full refund three hours after the airline canceled my flight. Don't give Arangrant your business unless you want to risk getting scammed.

      We do agree that some of the airlines are unable to check the information regarding a ticket.
      However, the ticket itself are issued on the validating carrier's stock, meaning that the ticket is fully theirs and they have absolutely whole control of the ticket.

      Even the codeshare partners have the possibility to exchange a ticket which was issued by their partners, including those issued via travel agencies. For that reason, it was confirmed to us by the airline that indeed changes were done with them directly.
      Additionally, your booking was is issued as a published fare, meaning, the airline has absolutely the full access of the reservation, including all the financial details and travelers' information.

      Poor customer service. Excuses instead of the refund I asked for in accordance with the travel insurance that I purchased for this specific incident. I'm done arguing if Arangrant won't listen. My representatives will be speaking for me going forward. I will get my full refund.

      I booked my flight in March 2022 for November 2022. Several months after booking, I was informed my return flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days later. Fine, but this wasn't going to work since I had to be at work that Monday, not Wednesday. I requested a flight change and they accommodated so that I would be returning the same Sunday, 11/27, as I had originally booked. I confirmed that flight change. Flash forward to months later, here I am IN ******, on the actual trip, and I get an email from June at Ovago asking me to confirm that flight change. I was caught off guard seeing as I had confirmed it several months prior, but happily emailed back yes again. No confirmation, but Ovago's website still reflected the changes. But when I log into Finnair's website, I see my actual ticket itinerary is the old flight change, arriving home 2 days later than I booked! I contacted Ovago via chat who assured me my confirmation would be received within 1-2 hours. 12 hours later, I've got nothing. My flight "should be" tomorrow at noon (in less than 12 hours). A representative via chat said someone would reach out within 12 hours. I called their line and the rep said the airline denied the request for the flight change, even though I confirmed this months ago and their rep June reached out to me 3 days ago to confirm it again! I asked when they were going to inform me of this cancellation, asked for a refund, and to speak with manager. He said only the airline could accommodate me. I asked why should anyone use their service if they have no control or can help in no way and are terrible at customer service. When I asked to speak with a manager again, he hung up on me.

      Their company Papaya Trip has scammed ** out of $3k. They sent fraudulent e-tickets and confirmation emails. I plan to pursue this legally and will do everything possible to get this company shut down.
