      The first time this company, Capital Recovery Services called me which was about 4-5 weeks ago, I was able to speak with someone and when it said to press 1 to be connected to someone, a lady answered. She wanted me to verify my ss but I refused so she said she couldn't proceed with the call unless I confirmed so just gave my last 4 and she proceeds to tell me that this was a debt collection agency and they were calling about a payday loan they claim I took out between around 2017 from EZ Cash. Couldn't give me an exact date but say the amount was for $681.81. I further explained no way that could've been me because I have never received a payday loan in that amount, seeing how it goes by your income plus I have been a victim of identity theft. So once I told her about the identity theft she said they would let EZ Cash now and get back to me and I filed a police report. Now they are calling again from different numbers, each day its a different area code also but all the messages are the same saying they are calling from Capital Recovery Services and that you can reach them at five eight zero nine two seven four two three one or ask you to press 1 now to speak with someone but when you press 1, it disconnects the call. I have even tried to call the five eight zero number back as well as the numerous numbers they have called me from and all the numbers disconnects immediately, even the number they called me from the first time when I was able to speak with someone. Sounds very suspicious to me and I feel its a scam because any reputable company would allow you to call them back and not constantly call you 3 times or more a day, everyday from all these different numbers! ????

      The area code for the phone number that calls me is 608 which I believe is in **** number. They say to call the number back or call another number no matter which number I call it hangs up on me and I am never able to talk to somebody I do not understand why they would give me numbers to call constantly calling several times a day but never pick up when I call back. These are the kind of places that I want to just ignore or just get my phone number changed so I don't have to deal with the calls anymore. Why can't they just be like a regular business and answer their phone so I know what the issue is that I'm supposed to take care of.
