    I took leather shirt there. He cleaned then was supposed to dye. Won't answer calls now. Want my shirt back. It's 500$ leather shirt

    On 7/23/24, I went to the Leather Hospital owned by ******* ****** to get a quote to reupholster a chair. The quote was $800 and $300 was due to the store in order to source matching leather (they were only redoing a portion of the chair and the back and side would keep the current leather upholstery).I was told that Mr. ****** would bring the sample to our home within 5 business days to confirm match and pick up chair to complete the work at that time. On 8/1/2024 after Mr. ****** failed to keep his appointment, I called him to ask what happened. He apologized and said he would be out the following week. Mr. ****** failed to arrive a second time. I called him on 9/9/24 and again we set an appointment for that *******. Zapata failed to keep the third appointment. On 10/25/24, I spoke with Mr. ****** and requested a refund since he was not keeping his appointments. He said he would refund the money through Zelle.After 3 promises to refund the money he still has not done so.I went to his business location on Friday, January 17th and once again requested a refund. I was told that it would be processed on Tuesday January 21st because he was not able to do it that Friday and with ****** ****** **** day he was not able to have the bank send the funds until Tuesday. At this point he has failed to process the refund.
