  Decently priced vehicles, but not worth it. We spent our WHOLE day driving out to look at the car, getting the it inspected by a mechanic, talking to the bank, and we were getting ready to buy the car THAT day. But they sell it out from under us within 5 hours. Unless youre someone who has the money lying around to buy a vehicle after looking at it for the VERY first time, dont waste your time here. ****** was not willing to work with us at all when we asked to put money down to hold the car for us for a day and a half. Terrible customer service, horrible business practices, and a ginormous waste of time. Working people (especially students like us) dont have the time to run around all day the way they made us do. Dont give this guy your money. Find another dealership.

  RUN AWAY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!After doing my due diligence of the vehicle prior to purchase, including having a trusted mechanic evaluation to do a buyer's inspection, I purchased a 2013 ***** XC60 T6 from Auto Express on 02/29/24 with $7,549.60 in cash. My wife and I picked up the car around 5:30 that same night. On the way home from the dealership, the check engine light came on. I then called and texted the dealership to report the problem and they advised me to take it to their guy, ***, to diagnose the problem at no cost. I took it to *** at 8AM on 03/01/23 and *** was not at the location they sent me to and the guy that was there advised me to ********** Zone next door to have it diagnosed. It turned out to be the Catalytic Converter and the Oxygen intake and outtake valves are bad. I then took it to the mechanic that I trust, and he said the cost to repair is about $3,800.00. My mechanic advised me to take the vehicle back to the dealership, Auto Express, and see if they would take care of it since it had been less than 24 hours of purchase and the expense of the repair. On the morning of 03/01/24, I drove back to Auto Express to speak with someone in person and was directed to speak with *****, the manager. I spoke with ***** and he was not willing to refund my money or pay for the repair expense. ***** then proceeded to say that it wasn't his fault or problem and thought it was my fault or my mechanic's fault. That makes no sense!! ***** was extremely unprofessional and kept saying derogatory comments about my wife. He claims to sell a hundred cars a week to people and he could care less about the people he sells them to after the transaction is completed. AGAIN ... RUN AWAY!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

  I bought a 2006 ***** accord and drove it 3 hours back to **********, **. Not a single problem. No check engine light, low tire warning, gauges were in good range. The car ran really good, no shaking or funny noises. The paperwork took only 30 for a cash sale. The lot is very organized. All cars are unlocked, marked with price, mileage and other info on the windshield, and grouped by make & model. All the ***** accords & civics were in a row together. The camry and corollas were in a row. Whatever you wanted to look at, it was all together. You could walk around by yourself and look at everything with no one bugging you. If you want to crank it, just ask one of the salesmen close by for the key. When you want to test drive, just go in the office & fill out a test drive form and off you go. Very easy, organized, straight forward way to buy a car. Everyone there was very nice & helpful. They checked my tires, aired up my spare and brought me the extra keys. I love this dealership.

  If I could give them less than one star I would. I purchased a lemon on 8/23/23 that had been rigged for me to make it off the lot and it stopped working the next day. I called my bank to stop the payment. ****** (owner) proceeded to make the unfolding situation more difficult by reporting the vehicle stolen, refusing to call and report it not stolen after receiving confirmation of payment and waited the full 60 days of my temporary tag to transfer documentation to the tax office (October 18th). Please avoid this dealer at all costs.

  I called Auto Express dealership to let them know I ran the VIN# to a car I was interested in on *********************/recalls website and there were 2 recalls for that particular car. Both air bags are defected. I asked them if they would repair the recalls before the car was purchased and the man on the phone said "No, you can take it somewhere to have it fixed, we only sell cars." I said "Well I'll move on because it is not safe to drive off your lot with a recall on airbags."
  
  NOT THE PLACE TO SHOP FOR A VEHICLE.
