    On 2/28/25 my husband and I visited the Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club in ************ in RD. on a day pass offer provided to us at the airport. There we were submitted to an aggressive coercive staff member who showed us various VIP apartments on the complex for 4 hours, during which were misinformed about the membership that was being sold to us. We were told that we could use this as our own business venture by selling our membership privileges to other guest who would in turn take advantage of lower cost rental rates. Later I learned that in fact there were extra fees for guest who used my membership as well as limitation in types of apartments and dates of reservation. I was coerced into signing the contract, without reading it, and without being told that I had 4 days to cancel and that I would be charged a fee ($2300) close to have the price of the membership. Within 24 hours I attempted to call the office and it took me one hour to reach a person. I returned to the building and wrote a letter requesting cancelation of membership on 3/3/25. I have not yet received a response from the "legal" team about the cancelation, or received credit toward $5100 that was charged to my credit card. on 3/3/25 I was submitted to another 1 hour meeting in which I was offered more lies. I was also given a copy of 2 pages of a 20 plus page booklet whose pages I initialed without reading on 2/28/25. Initially no one told me of the consequences to canceling the membership, even when I asked directly, rather I was rushed and told that we needed to sign and take advantage of the few hours left in our day pass at the resort. There are many complaints against this company, and suits filed. They have different offices including one in the ********************** that runs the *******, ******************************* office. However, under the same name there is a company in *****. I hope there is some way to get a full refund for the membership.

    Amounts do not add up the same, tried to double charge us on $9,372.00, no where did they type in the timeshare trade. Their reason then they would have to pay taxes on the $16,000.We would like our timeshare back and cancel this vacation package.

    Email we received today, with the cost increased, and additional fee for Win Win.  No mention of our Timeshare we traded in for $16,000.

    Your original deal, was $30,230.00 + $3,890.00 (making a total of $34,120.00) for the Win Win. Later on, the next day when you came to complete the payment, there was an inconvenience with the payments. So your account was reduced to: $26,340.00 + $3,890.00 (making a total of $30,230.00).

    We cannot further reduce yet another $3,890.00 as this was already done.

    Paid fee but never received contract or receipt. Contacted them and got email asking for contract # or receipt. They never sent either. I would like a refund.

    Weve tried to resolve this matter directly with LHVC, but we have received no acknowledgment or reply to our emails.Our decision to cancel our timeshare contract stems from financial difficulties that led us to dispute the debt and remove ourselves from collections. We firmly believe that continuing to pay for a service we wish to discontinue without any support or communication from LHVC is unreasonable and unjust.We initially contacted Lifestyle Holiday Vacation Club and RC *** Services to understand the process and requirements for contract cancellation. However, our inquiries have been met with complete silence. This lack of communication has hindered our ability to move forward and added unnecessary stress and frustration to an already difficult situation.

    I recently received a collection request on a time share from Aspen National Collection. The collection is for a time share owe by a friend of mine named *********************. We both purchase time share in ****************** in 2015 under Lifestyle International Vacation Club. However, we never purchase our time share as a group nor did we co-sign for each other. I paid my timeshare by credit card. **** signed up for the payment plan. **** placed her sons on her contract as her beneficiaries. I add my son to mine. *********************, passed away around the end of August/September 2020. ****, had been paying her time share up until her Passing. her account has around ******** in rear, and Lifestyle is asking me to pay what is left on her account. I will not be responsible for the difference on her account. please assist me in this matter.In August 2019, I returned to ****************** and upgraded my timeshare. I again paid by credit card. Currently I'm not able to use what I have paid for because of this dispute. I'm requesting a refund of ********* in lost use of what I have paid in 2019.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
