      A parking out of compliance was issued on 8/31/2024 for $45:00. The letter was dated 9/6/2024, post marked 9/11/24. I received it on 9/14/24 and paid it on 9/15/24. When I went to pay it on 9/15, the fine had changed to $65:00, plus $5:00 for processing. Now totaling $70:00. I emailed preferred parking to which they responded that once the fine was paid they cant do any adjustments. In addition the letter stated In the future please be sure to exit when your parking session expires.

      Been a preferred monthly ****** for 10 years, never had an issue, beside my car being broken into on their lot. Apparently there was an issue with my card on file and the company did not take necessary measures to contact me about the issue. They stated that emails were sent, yet I received no emails. They have my contact number on file, yet they chose not to call. Instead, they waited for me to park for work on Monday 5/13/2024 and put a boot on my car. When I called about the issue, I stressed that my card is valid, so they proceeded to run it and it magically went through. I still have no understanding of what the issue was, yet I am down $492. I am not the only person theyve done this to. Preferred parking has been taking advantage of everyone simply because they monopolize the parking around this area.
