      I ordered a watch band from them 12/29/2023 Never got a confirmation or a tracking number after I paid for the item all the way up until it arrived at my house one of the watch bands Quik fit piece is stuck in the band and wont properly come out causing it to not sit properly in my lug of the watch I have sent multiple emails I have called multiple times I have left messages on their phone machine and no call back or any type of interaction its just horrible that companies can sell you something and then just not deal with the mistakes they make no wonder they have a D+ as a rating I just want to return the faulty watch band thats all

      The customer was refunded on Jan *******. Please see attached screenshot with proof of refund from our shopify website. No record of email from the customer in our customer support system. He requested a refund over the phone and was granted the refund.

      I ordered a watch band from this company. The band was never sent even though my credit card was charged and charge posted to my card. I contacted the company after it did not ship and they responded by email that they were running behind and item would ship in next couple of days. I have contacted the company by email twice since then with no response from the company. It has now been about one month since ordering the product. When you call company, there is voicemail instructing you to leave message and no live person available. The company has not responded to my inquiries and offered no resolution.

      I ordered two watch bands and a tool on 1/13/23 online for a total of $62.56.
      I was not made aware by the website of there being any reason for a delay in shipping. On 1/17/23 the money was taken from my debit account. On 1/21/23 I sent an e-mail requesting to know why there was a delay in shipping. I was informed on 1/24/23 by Barton Watch Bands they were experiencing a strike and were working to get the products to me within the week. On 1/31/23 I sent an e-mail requesting they just refund my money due to the delay in shipping. On the same date they replied they had initiated a partial refund (no amount given). I immediately sent a reply stating that I am entitled to a full refund due to the delay because of the strike.
      I have not received a response as of yet.
      I simply desire a full refund.

      As of Jan. 06, 2023, I went online and ordered a watch band from Barton Watchbands, located in Dallas, Texas. I paid with my Visa Credit Card in the amount of $36.38. Since said date, I've emailed and called said business to find out the status of my order. With my very first status request, I was emailed back, with them saying that they're very busy and it would take a bit longer to ship out. Now mind you, on their website, they say that products with ship in "1-3 business days" and it's now 3 weeks since I put in my order...with no product or refund! I've written other emails, I've called them, and have heard nothing from them. My order number is ******** and now all I'm looking for is to have my money refunded back to my credit card. I DO NOT want a watch band from them and I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone! I have emailed Barton about refunding me my money, but once again...I've heard nothing in return. Personally, I find this company to be nothing more than a SCAM, in every meaning of the word!

      I ordered a army green canvas watch strap for 32.63 including shipping on 12/12/2022. The order showed partially shipped but did not arrive. I emailed the company 7 days later and received an email stating they dropped the ball by showing that band In stock when it was not. They stated they would ship me a different band in the mean time to hold me over and also provided a discount code for a future purchase. I waited but that different band never arrived. I called and was able to speak with customer service. They were very friendly and stated they could switch out the band I ordered for another one I wanted. They said the information would be give. To a female employee and she would email me with the tracking number. That email never came. Now when I call, I can not get anyone to answer. I have left multiple messages but have not received a call back. I left multiple emails and no one will respond to me. At this point I can not even request a refund because they will not answer or call me back. I like their product but for some reason they can not handle this situation.

      We did let the customer know that one of the bands in his order was out of stock. I can see by the emails that the customer did reach out to us twice asking for an update and my agent missed the emails. I have created a replacement order for the customer (including what was then the out of stock band)and mailed them out priority mail. He should receive his order in 2 days. I emailed the customer and let him know that we processed his order and it has been shipped.

      I purchased watch band Oct 7,2022 off Amazon from Barton Watch Bands. Within 3 months the strap prematurely tore due to what I suspect is a design flaw. However, they advertise having 1 year satisfaction guarantee. I contacted company via email 12/12/22 concerning broken band. No response received. Contact attempted again 12/26/22. Response received by company 12/28/22 stating they apologized for delay in response and would send out replacement band if I provided address. Address provided via email same day on 12/28/22. Since this date, I have been unable to reach anyone for contact. Attempts made again 01/03/23 and 01/05/23 with no response.

      The customer reached out due to a damaged band. We contacted the customer to resolve the issue and send a replacement band. We asked for the shipping information in that correspondence. Unfortunately, the agent missed the email containing shipping information. The customer contacted us again for a resolution. We responded by creating a replacement order for the damaged band. We have shipped the order Priority Mail to customer.
