    Texas Brains is a website development and design agency. When we initially discussed the project, I specifically asked multiple times and confirmed that my payment would cover everything needed for the website to be fully completed. However, that was not the case. Instead of delivering the promised services, they continuously tried to upsell me on additional services, claiming I needed more to complete the website.I paid $3,535.00 for their services, expecting a finished product. When I realized I wasnt receiving what was agreed upon, I started to get nervous and demanded a refund. Since then, communication has been nearly impossibleI've only received vague promises of callbacks with no resolution.I contacted ****, explaining that I did not receive the services I paid for, and they refunded my money. However, Texas Brains disputed the claim, arguing that I had contacted themwhich is true. My issue is that I did not receive the services I paid for, aside from a logo they designed, which I dont even ****** this point, I want a full refund and to sever any further dealings with them. I'm also beginning to question whether they are a legitimate business or if I was simply scammed. I uploaded an image with the date of transaction and the amount I paid. My bank account is now *********. I been dealing with them for months on this and still no results.
