    I am now out $500 because this guitar stand broke my ***********************. I followed all the directions provided and hadnt had any issues with this product for a few months, but then all of a sudden it just gave out and my guitar tipped over. I did everything by the book and am absolutely distraught because that guitar was really special to me. I intend to take legal action against this company.

    Does this customer have a invoice for this guitar stand? We are a rental house and do not sell products but only rent the products.  Does he have any proof that Onstage Systems was the company involved as I do not see ************************* as a customers in Onstage Systems Data base.

    I think that you have filled a complaint about the wrong company. Onstage Systems based out of ****** ** does not sell guitar stands as we are a rental company only other than selling used gear.   Maybe the company you are referring to is     

    On-Stage. *********************

    Please send a receipt and purchase order with Onstage Systems information for confirmation that this complaint is actually for Onstage Systems.
